Ordered 50$ worth of food from here and came to pick it up after they accepted the order and took my money for them to be closed and looked abandonded and no phome number on any websites provided will answer if youre lucky enough to get it to ring. So im out money and food with zero solutions.

DON’T ORDER ONLINE. I ordered online 2 months ago and have had nothing but a headache ever since to try to get my money back for food I NEVER RECEIVED. Tried calling the business with no answer anytime regardless of what their hours say. This has by far been the worst experience at any restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would. Still have not received my money even 2 months after I never got my order. Came to the comments to find out I wasn’t the only one this has happened to. Used the generic email they gave someone else to file my complaint and to get my money back and they were useless. One girl emailed me and said I have to contact someone else about it because they couldn’t see it on their end. Ridiculous.

They are always closed when I try to buy food at lunch or dinner times. Are they closed permanently?They also don't answer the phone when I call.The food used to be fabulous, when I could get it.

Bro I came here last night within store hours and I'm here now waiting for them to open but no one is inside. Some lights are on but no note on the door or anything!! Why aren't you guys opening not to mention your phone number not working. This is BS. I love the food but the business is not there if you catch my drift.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago online. Their hours online were incorrect and apparently they were closed at the time I placed said order. Since then this company has given me the run around about refunding me for an order that was NEVER received. I have since contacted the BBB and placed a formal complaint. The Sonora location I ordered from refuses to answer their phone. And the social media customer email is apparently ran by bots that give out generic answers.

This last Sunday I ordered online, come to find out they had changed their hours. So I got charged for food I never received. I have since tried calling the restaurant, no answer. I have reached out to their support team. Aside from that, I will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I too placed an online order on 2/22/02 and when I went to pickup the order, there was a sign saying "Closed until further noticed" I am still trying to get my refund. I do hope they come back as it was good BBQ!

Good taste, portions of ribs(2 ribs), and brisket(2 small slices) were way too small on the 2 meat plate. Fried okra was great, and plenty of them.
I love the barbecue here we had the pulled pork and Brisket jet was so tender and flavorful.We got potato casserole and Mac and cheeseReally goodThe guys behind the counter were super friendlyHappy new year Guys keep up the great food and service

Went on a Tuesday night during thanksgiving week - I really love bbq food but this as bad, it tasted like old food warmed up, I would say warmed up but it was actually verging on cold - the Mac and cheese was cold and more like liquid, there were no “bakers” left so we had cold mashed potato instead and the garden salad was just cheese and leaves! In all a bad experience.
