Very disappointing! 2 meals 3pc strip and 2pc leg. The chicken was so greasy, not edible. extremely small strips and legs. I paid just shy of $35 for 2 meals that aren't edible. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone.

I'm at the point that I'm ready to stop going to this kfc. There's been multiple occasions that I order from the drive thru and when I get home there's something missing. I ordered a 5 peice tender box, ask me for what kind of sause I want just to find out They did not put anything in the bag just the food. Yes good I got my food but no fork, napkins, sause. Nothing. It's frustrating that I deal with this almost everytime I go there.

Wow, we can honestly say that this was the worst customer service and it was Carla the shift supervisor! She was rude right off the bat, rushed us in the drve-thru even though nobody else was there, didn't give us the right food and no biscuit. When we asked why she said they didn't have what we ordered, then literally tossed the biscuit and closed the window. Never going back.Just fair warning ⚠️.

After spending $65 for a 12 piece chicken bucket, I asked for a 2-3 honey mustard sauces at the window and was told my meal doesn't come with sauce and I'd have to pay an additional fee if I wanted sauces. $65 bucks for 12 pieces of meh chicken and having to pay extra for sauce is lame, place is definitely overpriced and they take the opportunity to price gouge wherever possible. (Also ordered extra crispy and only half my order was extra crispy, the other have was regular. The drive through lady said they didn't want to open a whole new box to make extra crispy thighs. So not only did I not get what I paid for, the food was not fresh)

Every single day I see the managers drive around the drivethrew about 20x trying to get their drive threw times up. I worked KFC before so I know the deal. It wouldn't be so bad but they had me wait 15 minutes for chicken strips while the managers is driving around the damn store like dale earnhardt.
My coworker got the new nuggets meal Saturday 7/29 and it was great so I decided to doordash kfc for me and my coworkers Sunday 7/30. Unfortunately the chicken was not fully cooked and we had to figure something else out for lunch on a 30 minute break . I sent an email for a refund but no response.

Just picked up an order to go. 16 piece chicken tender meal, I asked for extra bbq when I arrived and was assured it would be included before they parked me. Not only did we not get extra sauce we didn't even get a fraction of the sauces we paid for. 2 out of 8 sauces. Very very disappointed.

Haven't been in awhile decided to try again. Ordered the 8 piece meal deal.What I received when I went home was 6 drumsticks3 small wings2 thighsNo butter or honey with the biscuitsPaid over $30 for this. Totally not acceptable. Not a piece of white meat to be found. I checked my receipt to be sure and yup 8 piece meal deal. The worker on the speaker was pleasant just not very informative. No or Yes responses.

Not much can be said about KFC food that hasn't already been said; it's fast food that's slightly better than some other fast foods?But the people behind the counter in Sonora are why I'm bothering with this review. Seriously, the young people working here sincerely do their best to accommodate and go beyond the smile behind the counter to be polite, helpful, and downright happy! They either really like working here or are being paid more than anywhere else in town.Thanks folks, you make ordering fast food here feel like a 5 star restaurant with a drive-thru widow lol!
