Pizza was not ready even after double the time quoted. They said it was because the ovens are running low. Then they said the pizza was made wrong and needed to be remade. When I asked what was wrong with the original pizza, they then said that actually they had given it to the wrong person.

Dude litterally just told me no when I asked for a pizza genuinely made me wanna drive there just to ask how hard it is to make a pizza bruh would never go here suprised if they don’t spit in your food

Horrible customer service. I ordered my pizza online to be ready at 515pm bc I know they always run 15 minutes or so later than what they quote. When I get there I open up the pizza portal to nothing. Theres no pizza there, so I flag down a young man who proceeds to tell me "so? What do you want me to do about it, I don't have an order for you." And tried to walk off, even after I showed him my order on my cellphone, I had to ask him to remake my pizza. I waited an extra 45 minutes after I asked him to remake the pizza, he did not make my pizza correct and when I asked for compensation for waiting over an hour for one pizza to be made, ( and not even made correctly) he told me he wasn't going to give me my pizza. Long story short, it will be awhile if ever that I go back to little Ceasars in sonora.

WHAT THE HELL!!! ordered my pizzas, they said ten minutes. so i showed up 15 minutes after i called. i waited about 40 minutes to even be spoken to. my pizzas were behind the counter in the heat fridge the whole time i was in the building. the customer service was horrible. even on the phone the guy was sighing and huffing at me. the lights kept flickering. not even flickering. like they were turning them off and back on as well. i am so disappointed.

I went in here 11/3. I ordered at 5pm and was there till after 6, I got home with a cold pizza and a box with 2 bread sticks where it’s already been eaten! Huge

This place sucks order a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks and after an hour they still weren't done the power went out now they refuse to give me my refund even though I never got the food the kid that was working was a complete a****** and threatened me with a gun screw that
Takes forever to get your order, 1 hour for a pizza? This place needs to hire more employees for sure

Never any hot and ready available so that's pointless.... Workers are rude and do the bare minimum. Food quality has declined for sure and place is nasty finally got our pizza and the lovely gentleman threw it on the counter said it was ready and walked away

Ordered 3cheezy bread dessert and 3 pizzas. Got an email that they were ready. The little portal instore only had 1 pizza and bread. They said the others were coming out of the oven right now. Waiting 10 min. They handed me 1 pizza and still needed to cook the 3rd. If that is the best you are capable of, running a pizza place on a Friday night ain't your gig, sorry!
