Great local store with lots of everything...from local foods, arts, crafts, stickers, decals...you name it and it's probably at the Local Collective! They also make an amazing Affogato! It's a MUST visit whenever you're in the Sonora area!

FALSELY Accused someone of stealing and instead of confronting them when they paid for their item, stalked them and contacted their place of work.

Made a pit stop in Sonora and found this little gem of a gift shop + coffee shop! Carefully curated local gifts with sweet treats to enjoy. Friendly customer service by the barista, highly recommended coffee shop!

I had THE WORST experience I have ever had shopping here today when the owner came up to me threatening and confrontational and just beyond disrespectful! I normally love this store and came from Modesto today so I was completely caught off guard when I walked in. I took a few videos of cute things to text to my mom and then was looking at these amazing stickers from a local artist. I wanted to look her up and buy one because I'm an artist too and have a deep love for Yosemite art but I was met by the owner (the older woman) getting close in my proximity. She was saying very rudely that she doesn't appreciate when people take video of her things if they aren't are gonna buy anything Mind you, I just got in this store and still had a sticker in my hand so I don't know where that assumption came from This woman approached me already at level 10, there was zero build up to this! I asked how she knew if I was gonna buy or not and told her she was assuming and being rude She told me that she thought me taking video of her stuff was rude because I probably won't even tag the artist! I was in shock at the Gaul of this woman. I told her that the reason I took video is so I COULD tag the artist with my post! At this point this woman is getting closer to me and tilting her head in my face, so threatening! ‍ She said "ok well then I guess the artist should be expecting a tag from you" with the most attitude and confrontational body language. This woman is like 60 and she was acting like she's wanting to fight or something so I told her to get away from me! I walked off and she comes up to me and tells me she's the owner and I need to leave. I said, let me get this straight, you approach me with disrespect and I won't tolerate it so I'm getting kicked out because I reacted to your disrespect Ok then. Her son who works there starts yelling "don't talk to my mom like that!" I'm like, what? You don't even know what happened. Your mother is being incredibly disrespectful to me He said, "No I saw you taking video"! At this point I'm just convinced everyone is delusional. I'm like ummm yaaa because I like the item ‍ He said "well we ask people not to take photos or video". I was like ok no one asked me besides your mom coming at me the way she did! He's like, you need to leave! I was like why are you all so angry?! And he's like, we will check the cameras!! I'm like ok lol check then and you'll see me taking video of the items I liked and your mom in my face He's like that's it I'm calling the cops! At this point I'm just waiting for someone to come out and say I'm being pranked or something because none of this adds up The only guess I have is that people in the past have screwed them somehow so they just assume all their customers will too? My feelings are hurt because I had nothing but pure intentions and I'm sad for the poor innocent people who may take a photo to send to family to see if they want a gift or something from there. We need to not support this behavior you guys. Therapy and Jesus you all Pics of the sticker artists beautiful work. If anyone knows her please let her know that the local collective is causing her to lose business

This is a great shop to spend time in. They have fun items to peruse, and they make a delicious cup of coffee. They also have the best frozen yogurt and offer lots of yummy, fresh toppings. The staff is warm and friendly,

On vacation with friends. Stopped in and the owner, Zach, made the best OG Afffogato (double espresso over soft serve). The coffee was so fresh and rich. I don’t write reviews much. 100% recommend this shop. Everybody else’s drinks were also amazing

As a coffee fiend I love exploring local roasters, but as luck would have it the roaster in Sonora closes at 2pm, as we discovered after a stroll down the hot, sun lit streets of Sonora. As hope was fading, a woman emerged from a business with an iced coffee drink in her hand and she lead us to the promised land AKA Local Collective. The shop is filled with the best of the local community and it's a great place to shop for gifts. They had clothing, art, body products, stickers, jewelry and accessories and even toys! But best of all they had a coffee shop featuring locally roasted Revive roasters coffee too. I am normally a black coffee guy BUT it was so hot and I wanted a refreshing treat and settled on the Loco Latté. Lemme tell you, this was so good! The charred maple, which comes from a bar cocktail syrup they sell, was soo nice with the toasty espresso and brown sugar flavors. It was very balanced and not overly sweet, which I greatly appreciated, and this is something I'd definitely go back to get again! They also offer soft serve ice cream too, and the creations were equally wow! To top it all off, the owners are incredibly passionate about their town and local businesses. We shared some of our finds, asked opinions on others, and got great tips just by making conversation. They know it all, so stop in for advice!A seriously serendipitous find that I couldn't be happier about and I hope you discover this gem too!

If you are looking for an authentic, unique, and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop in Sonora, Local Collective Goods & Gifts is the place to go. This family owned business is such a comforting place. The drinks were outstanding and the workers were very kind. The barista was kind enough to make recommendations based on dietary needs, resulting in excellent drinks. I had the Cookies & Confluence drink. I highly recommend checking out this spot.

I grabbed a coffee from this place. They were friendly. Coffee was okay. Next time I wanna try the soft-serve ice-cream based menu.

What a great place, and a must stop when walking around downtown Sonora. It's in a rather unassuming storefront, but it was the sign, sandwich board on the sidewalk, for ice cream outside that caught my attention... and it was a time for ice cream, and the menu looked quite appealing. The store is full of beautifully crafted items and such fun to peruse what's offered. It's all good quality things and not the usual stuff you find anywhere. In the middle of the shop is the ice cream parlor, small and compact, yet so nicely done.I ordered a Black Forest sundae, and oh my goodness, it was so good and delicious. The ice cream, 'soft serve' vanilla, was smooth and rich, and the toppings ever so tasty. For $6... a deal for sure compared to many upper end ice cream emporium these days.Staff was so friendly and efficient. Definitely enjoyed it all.Sat in the window, ate my treat, and watched the world go by. Such a pleasant experience.Do stop in!
