most times i come to this place they often do not listen properly and get things wrong, and if you try to say anything at the second window they basically say theres nothing they can do. i once came inside for napkins since they forgot them in the drive through, they did not have them out for customers to grab so i had to stand at the counter for almost ten minutes until i was acknowledged and had to ask for napkins and then was given attitude wondering if i was even a customer. these people need better work ethic and better customer service.

We stopped here and got extremely cold fries, the soda tasted moldy like the machine has never been ever cleaned and when we were placing our order, we got cut off and when we tried to finish our order we were told we had to go to the window and "add on" the rest of our items! When we got our drinks the drink holder had brown across the top like it had been drug across the floor! I will never again stop here! Especially with the high cost and poor service and quality!

i cannot emphasize how creepy and depressing the workers and atmposphere at this location is. We stopped here after skiing and as i was finshing ordering my meal, i looked down from and the menu and saw the worker giving me a thousand yard stare. At first i thought it was just me, but i asked my friends and they all agreed every employee in this establishment was high on something. Not only were they intoxicated, but they were incredibly quiet, slow, and CHEAP as well, because she didn't give me the cup for the drink. (i had to ask her like 5x for it cause she was high on drugs). Overall, i think the employees here need to go to rehab, because at the moment they're just plain useless to keep around. I hope the manager reads this and drug tests all her employess, but i doubt it because she herself is likely a chronic user.
