The Outpost isn't just a gas station. It's a family owned and run business that welcomes it's customers as part of the family. The employees are fabulous, the atmosphere is cozy and the food is excellent! Best burgers in Tuolumne county, if you ask me. And believe me, i'm not the only one that thinks so.

Excellent and reasonably priced food. The fries were epic.
I get burgers here all the time for dinner. Grill is open until 7pm. Fries are delicious. My family laughs all the time at the fact that my favorite burger place in the Tuolumne area is in a gas station. Definitely a hidden gem.

Fast service and good atmosphere. Soup came out cold, but our server glady took it back to heat it up again. Chicken sandwich had really wilted lettuce on it. Avocado was also pretty old as it was much more brown than green. I’d avoid anything with lettuce or avocado on it. Other than that, seemed like a good
