I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I will not be coming back. I went through the drive through and ordered one cake pop which costs $3.25. When i got to the window, I handed the employee my card and they extended their arm out the window with a little electronic screen and the employee said "would you like to leave a tip?" And the screen had options of $1, $2, and $5.No one made anything for me, or even microwaved something for me, so technically this was not a tippable purchase. But having this person say verbally to me, would you like to give me a tip? And then making me physically choose a tip amount or choose No, made me very uncomfortable and it messed with me psychologically (just as the owner of the business intended). It worked and I left a tip.What happened to the tip jar on the counter? You tipped if you chose to, maybe even because you receieved excellent service?I left this interaction feeling uncomfortable and angry, and will not be going back for more.

What an amazing staff of baristas. Always in a great positive mood. Very quick service even in long lines especially compared to other coffee shops in the area. The manager was very polite and helpful. By far the best place for coffee in Sonora.

Today was ridiculously slow. Over 20 minutes in drive thru and only 3 cars ahead of me. Not to mention they had a full staff, took the fun outta going to Starbucks today. Not to mention they totally messed up my order.

I've been here several times since I live in the area. I keep returning hoping it gets better but it hasn't in the past year I've lived up here. They only seem to put their efforts towards mobile orders and drive thru. If you want to wait over 20mins for a drink come here.

I went came to the Sonora Starbucks twice during the weekend. The first time I went into the store to place my order as the drive-through line was very long. The wait inside was just as long. The second time we went through the drive-through. It was early on Sunday morning and not a bad wait. I had rewards points expiring and hope to use them. Ultimately I was able to, but it took a while to get it worked out. the coffee I ordered on my first visit was made my order. On my second visit, I got my usual half calf latte. The coffee tasted stale. The flavor wasn't what I expected. On both visits the barista friendly and efficient. As Starbucks go my experience was average.

Jennifer the store manager is rude, when asking for a manger she said she was the manager then hung up. Asking for a receipt is pointless they look at you like you just spoke in a foreign language and even then they don't give you one. I rarely go into this branch and I am reminded why today. The employees are rude and not very informative.
