I've come to this place three times now. Quick summary below: Tacos are ok, not great. I've tried the asada tacos on three occasions and the quality is the same. It's not bad, but there's nothing special or great about them. The birria is ok as well. The broth from it is great and could definitely be used to flavor other dishes. The salsa is great. Been coming here for 30 plus years (their Los Angeles locations) and let me begin by saying they never disappoint if you want some good birria de chivo look no further this is the spot
They have some of the best flans I've had, so creamy, thick but smoothand not overly sweet. The funny thing is I didn't think about ordering flans from here and only for them by chance. So I ordered 3 items, carnita tacos, birria tacos and chilaquiles, from here through Grubhub. Somehow we only got the chilaquiles and free chips.
