The food was subpar, the service is really bad, you would think that after getting that wage increase the staff would be more accommodating, but it seems to be the opposite. You get your order with no napkins and no condiments, and when you go get napkins or condiments, you have to stand there and wait for one of the staff members to notice you, and believe me, it takes them a while!

I'm the poor doordash driver...lol wow over 30 min for hot chocolate unbelievable...and to top it off I was was called out of my name by a supervisor there. I told the supervisor "wow you took a long time for hot chocolate" as she gave me an order.

The absolutely slowest service of any McDonald's in the area. I had trouble understanding how they can be so terrible until I spoke with 2 different managers after 2 messed up simple orders. It's self-sabotage leaving their management in place.
