It's pretty much like any other 85 cafe. They don't have a lot of space in terms of the loony but over all just your ordinary 85.

I came in with my daughter today, hoping to get a certain pastry. Unfortunately they ran out. The young lady at the front counter was very attentive and knowledgeable. She suggested similar pastries and even some of her favorite items. The receipt says that lady’s name is Alana Cruz. So, thank you Alana!

Let me start by saying I truly enjoy the coffee by 85 degrees. The problem is the location, it has been now three occasions in which I order ahead and when I get to the store they do not have my order ready. I typically order an hour ahead of time since I pick up before work. I tried today to give them another opportunity and upon arrival they said they couldn't find my online order. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if their negligence in timing makes me late to work? One time I understand but three times now is unacceptable.

I ordered a strawberry deluxe cake online but when I went to pick it up a few hours later, the girl at the register said they ran out and no one saved one for me. She offered a refund or another cake in stock. I called that night and I think Eric apologized about what happened and told me to call in the morning to see if the strawberry deluxe cake would be available. When I called the next day, Jessica was so helpful and compensated me with the cake I wanted, for all of the inconvenience. What started out as an annoying encounter ended up being a good experience because of Jessica's customer recovery skills.

It is located in a big shopping center. There's a lot of traffic and not a lot of available parking.The food choices are limited, but the breads are good. I also had a mocha, and it was good. The prices are high.I'd go back.

The most expensive breads I've ever eaten seem to have air, they look big but you touch them and they become nothing. The service was very bad. I ordered two hot chocolates, they were very cold and when I received my order I only had one, I had to order another by then the first chocolate was already colder. Very bad service, better to eat Mexican bread with more flavor than this one I ordered, and the place is very dirty, the floor, people move the chairs and there is no place to sit, many children playing. I will never return
