I am a huge fan of the Blaze pizza chain. I appreciate how there are alternative options for their sauces besides the generic marinara sauce. The quality of the pizza including the dough and toppings are always high quality, and the staff always do a great job at how long they cook (at least for my taste, although I've had others complain from time how the bottom of their pizza is burnt a bit black). We've been twice and we really like it. My only point of consideration is the crust is a bit charred on the edge. That is not my preference. If that's a trademark of Blaze Pizza, then it's not for me.

I was really torn between 3 and 4 stars here that I legit almost wanted to flip a coin to decide. Then again, would heads mean 3 stars or 4?
