Unbelievable experience, today I bought myself a hamburger at Carl Jr. sat down and then noticed a man probably a homeless man sitting quietly in the corner by himself. I went over to ask him if he would like a hamburger, he said yes he would and thank me .as I went to order the man who took my order said I shouldn't buy this man a hamburger because other people had complained about the homeless people. So I said that's too bad . he said he couldn't take my order for him?in shock I said , you're not going to sale me a burger because its for the homeless man? He didn't ask me ,I told him I offered to buy him one. I said that's discrimination... I said I would take it to him if he didn't. As Carl's takes there customers their food who eats there. He did . now my point being how much of a jerk that man was heartless inhuman idiot Jesus Christ himself was a homeless man I wonder if he would refuse him something to eat? I told the poor man not to listen to him and GOD bless him . I feel sorry for that Carl's Jr man the one who worked there.

Very RUDE customer service, lied about having condiments and slammed the drive thru window. Had to get down to make sure he was lying, has me waiting for 7 minutes to just get condiments inside. They only have 2 cars in drive thru and act like it's so hard to push orders and pass out condiments. No professional experience for the manger, or kindness towards clients. Night shift October 8th drive threw employee and night manger. Cashiers name (Kevin) found the name on the receipt
The fries with my drive thru order tasted like last night's fries. They were stale and gross. No time to return for refund or fresh batch.

If you haven't had the Diablo burger (IT'S BACK!!!), and you like spicy, this one has jalapenos, habanero sauce, and jalapeño poppers on the patty. This burger is YUM ????? It IS a nearly $10 burger though, so get ready to refinance everything ?

The employee cashier ordered my food worry, and he forgot my drink and forgot my small fries he should get fired from his job. He ordered my food worry, and he was sleeper. I told him to put 2 mint chocolate cake but put 2 cookies.
