They were busy but they focus more on the drive thru than the walk in customer, I waited a good 4 minutes for some one to actually come and take my order.But the food was great. The tables inside were dirty, but like I said they were busy.

ordered two double pollo bowls on two consecutive Saturdays and both times were disappointing. chicken portion was small, food was cold and the price for the food is definitely not worth it ($24). i will order again next saturday to take pictures and weigh the gram amount of the "double chicken portion". stay tuned.

When here after work to get a bite, I I ordered a double chicken, tostada salad it was very cold and it should have more then just one avocado slice, or half of it only , I was very disappointed and angry for what I payed was not enough rice or beans . So I don't recommend coming to this terrible Place, so think twice before coming here spend your hard earned money somewhere else worth eating, but not here. Poor quality food and service they should close this place down.

Some of the worker’s are very rude and just make you feel uninvited. Also, food sometimes is completely cooked and tasty, but sometimes chicken is burned, and not all things are in the bowl completely ?
I usually get food for my client (which is every day) but when I order for me a chicken burrito, there was mostly and beans and the little chicken they did put in the burrito was burnt ???. I took the burrito back to the cashier and she gave me another one the same way??

This Pollo Loco is filled with lazy people ... they just laugh and joke around while the drive thru is getting full and the chickens not even done ... they don't have no type of motivation ... I ordered online and still upon arriving it's not even ready like what's the point in ordering online ... there's a kid with glasses that's just quiet not even a welcome to pollo loco he looks unmotivated to work here and two older guys in the back playing with the food worst pollo loco ever ... sadly even in South Gate ... looks like the manager isn't in this shift cause they all look like they hate her I know her personally and she's the best but for some reason when she's away they act like this there needs to be a supervisor 24/7 around these kids ... if I can give 0 Stars
