If I could give no stars, I would. The worst experience I’ve had. The staff don’t have a clue of what they are doing. They got everyone’s orders wrong, they need to put reteach how to do their job.someone else to organize it. Honestly we deserve a discount or something for that trouble they put us through. That was so frustrating especially already having a stressful day!

I pretty much got tired of eating out at Subway felt like the sandwiches got stale compared to this one from across the street I liked the vides and atmosphere when I ordered my food I enjoyed it I recommend the Italian #13

If I could give less than one star I would gladly do it . My disappointment is the crew and the cleaning. While taking my order it was fine and making it .But it gets me mad also that the tables are dirty . I guess they didn't train them or it's a restaurant that doesn't care in cleaning the tables for their customers . And I don't know if this store has a shift manager or they just do what ever they want. It totally forgot that there was someone at the dine. They don't have no respect at all . They were talking super loud I couldn't talk to my husband . They were so loud and laughing . I got so annoyed and told him let's just leave . When I use to be a shift manager at a fast food restaurant I would tell my crew to lower voice to be more respectful. So be more mindful if the general manager or whoever sees this comment and let's the shift manager or all the crew not to do this while customers are eating in the restaurant or even taking the order .

Cleanliness is down the drain because it seems that closing early as possible is a priority. Staff is unfriendly, no welcome and no smiles which gives a wyd here vide. So they're putting away things at 8:43 and when asked what I wanted to order I noticed they didn't change their gloves so there's no chance I'm letting them prepare my sub

It took them 15 min to make my regular sandwich.. bad service and there was 6 employees working. Second time coming here I'll be going to subway
They did not have any wheat bread at 4 PM on a Sunday

I don't always give a good review of a restaurant, that is unless it's deserved from all angles. From start to finish this was a good experience. The atmosphere of the store was good, the staff was friendly, the service was fast, the sub I got was outstanding. Just a great place. I'll definitely, not only be coming back, but recommending this restaurant to those I know.

Wanted a CA club and wanted ham instead of turkey. I have go to MULTIPLE jersey mikes before and never have I been denied like that. Excuse was "GM did not allow it" that's bs. In fact I am an AM2 for jersey mikes in Whittier. I have been with jersey mikes since 2019. I don't know who the GM or DM is. All I could say is you'll be hearing from Roman. I promise that.
