It's the truth and it is what it is, the service is very good and the place is perfect, just because it has more parking than tables.What do I mean, that only a few people can fit in the premises and outside there is a complete parking lot as if the restaurant were large.

Bad bad just bad. I’m not one to leave bad reviews on places but this location is just very unacceptable. The manager or whoever she is was literally just yelling the entire time to everyone. She was being very rude. Unprofessional. Don’t eat here save your time and energy and go to a different location trust me.

The people who serve give very bad service!! They say; It will last 15 minutes, do you want to wait? They warn all of us who arrive about the weather, if one is there it is because we want to eat. The time does not matter. I asked for dishes and they didn't have them, they gave us. Containers to put our food!! Very bad service really!! Disappointing and to top it all off a fries that they have both inside and when serving!! And loud music!!

Sadly, this KFC already started wrong. I went in through the drive thru and attempted to make an order, the young girl apparently could understand me or had no knowledge of the food I was trying to order so she got an older lady on. I tried ordering with her & she had no clue of what I was saying. She then asked me in Spanish which I answered back and still no clue. Mind you, I am both fluent in English and in Spanish. I was trying to order the fill up box & 2 wraps but they didn't know what the heck I was talking about. I then asked for a chicken pot pie and the lady said they didn't sell them. After I questioned her about them not selling them at all, she was like, Well, we don't sell them this week. SMH. I believe the problem here is corporate needs to go through their menu with their employees so that they don't seem confused about people's orders. While waiting to pay my food, 3 cars up, someone was arguing with the lady at the window. To be honest, I think I'd rather drive to the one on imperial.
