My to-go place when I'm craving tacos dorados doblados de requeson (ricotta) o papa. Imagine 1, 2 or 3 tacos dorados bathed in a perfect tomato sauce topped with a gentle amount of beans, carnitas, shredded cabbage and seasoned red onions. Just like the torta ahogada Guadalajara style you Can make them as hot as you'd like. The salsa they serve with the chips squeeze some lime to it before you dip in. The staff is always on cue. Food is amazing tacos dorados are really good with carne the trota ahogadas are super good try them out service is great jericallas are super good and so are the flans! Come try it out in South Gate!!

If you want authentic Mexican food de Jalisco look no more honestly I'm from Guadalajara and its hard to find a place that can actually make a torta ahogada. The beauty of this place is they use actual birote salado which not many do.Cant call it a torta ahogada without the birote, Not to mention the staff is so welcoming and attentive! Highly recommend
