I've been coming to this business over 20 years. They were the first to make delicious 3 leches cakes. The product is always fresh, you get what you pay for people, so stop complaining! If you want something cheap, go to SAMs club. I hope Melanie is still the owner?

There is no toilet here, I just don’t understand why you should buy anything there. It is better to buy where there is a good atmosphere. I will never buy there again and I will tell my friends about my bad experience

the worst bakery, I ordered a cake for a graduation Richard helped me out the day I went and as I was giving him the information of what to write on the cake he was abbreviating everything, he said it was abbreviated but everything was going to be correct on the cake, when I go pick up the cake university of Irvine is spelled as Irvin. I asked if it could be fixed and the lady said the One that did the cake was gone she then called the manager and the manager only wanted to give me 10 dollars back for an error that they made. I paid 120 and I told them I didn't want it and they said I wouldn't be refunde. they are very unprofessional and they have very rude staff. don't ever order cakes from there

I came to this bakery a few months back to order a tres leches cake and a biónico tray to take to a family gathering and they loved it. I have also tried their natural juice’s that taste so good with a ginger shot ? best believe I made this my to go to bakery for all my family events. They also have this cheese cake flan bread cake not sure of the name but it is amazing and jello is on point. Don’t just take my word for it try it you won’t be disappointed.

Every time I’m in the area I stop by my slice of Trea Leches cake! Last week I came there wasn’t any I bought two from different bakery’s and none have the taste. This bakery has always kept its recipe and I’m so grateful it’s the best!!

I really like this place, the people that work there are friendly. I get a green juice,and everything is made from fresh fruits. The bread is super soft and always taste right! The place is clean, I've never seen any kind of dirtiness within the store, from what I see there is no food violations. I recommend!

I've been coming to this bakery since I was a little kid and I've got to admit I appreciate them keeping the quality amazing, I've never had a bad experience here with the service; They're extremely kind and patient (willingness to offer great recommendations) My girlfriend and I are obsessed with the Tortas ! We were told today that they have new menu Items that we're for sure gonna try next time and also I'd recommend this place to anyone (Literally everyone) from Gym Goers to everyday regular people , there will be something for you!

Stopped by to get some sweet bread since we were taking a walk and passed by there. I put about 4 pieces of bread on the tray and went to get a conchita but it felt hard, even with the tongs. So I touched it with my hand and it was very hard. I felt it'd be rude to put all the bread back so I stopped getting bread and headed to the cashier. I told her the conchas were hard and she tells me that's the way they like to make them. Then later at night I figured maybe the otherbread isn't too bad. Wong!! Bread was dry and hard and had no flavor. Never going again!

They are so disorganized I was originally quoted $100 dollars for a simple two tier cake which was surprising in a good way . I had left off with taking the deposit after work it's stated they close at 9 I pulled up at 7:30 and it was closed I wasn't bothered about it . I called the next day to let them know I was still interested and I was told over the phone by a lady that my cake wouldn't be the height I desired that I had to change flavors so I did and she upped the price by 40 dollars. I later got in contact with the guy who originally took my order and we left off with red velvet , and a vanidoso with out the tres leches so basically choco flan and cheesecake to get the height desired for $120. The day of they asked me if I could pick up the cake at 12:50 instead of my 12:00 pick up time I agreed and told them I'll go at 3 so they wouldn't feel rushed . I get there and the cake is short :/ I'm then told there isn't even chocolate or cheesecake in my cake lol . Lulus is known for there choco flan my mom has gotten cakes here since I can remember. I didn't want to argue because nothing could've been done at this point and I needed the cake and was already running late they took of 10 dollars of my order which is beside the point I would've payed double to get what I asked for. Hopefully the cake is good as I just found out through here there's new owners. I will say everyone was really nice to me through the whole process from ordering to pick up. Just needs better communication I wish I was told during the process and we could've handled the situation/miscommunication. At the end of the day I paid $110 for red velvet and a flan. I originally didn't even want red velvet I did it to get the height I desired bummer. They also had a picture reference of what I wanted and was expected.

I've been knowing and coming to this place for some years now. My mom used to bring us here for freshly sneezed juices. Which I admit are tasty. However in the most recent times, the prices have literally skyrocketed. Just recently in the same week, I came to order a juice. I ordered a large juice of blended fruits, $10. Today I came in again, same juice same fruits only this time a size medium, the lady charging me asked I'm assuming the manager or owner, how much should she charge me, the lady said $10. I was taken back because I payed the same price for a smaller juice of the same kind. It made no sense to me. They are literally making up the prices as they want. I should have said something then and there but I didn't. I don't think it's fair. And I won't be returning.

Biónicos 10/10 and Juices 10/10 The cream in the biónicos is delicious !!! They have good customer services I have never ordered any cakes from them.

Ive been going to Lulus bakery for over 23years. And July 2022 the bakery was transfer to a new owner. They provide HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They make the Juices very BAD!!! and shakes don't taste the same. To top it off they raise the prices Extreamly HIGH, 8 Dollars for a smalll nasty juice!!
