I would be wrong with the atmosphere because im used to the mcdonalds play place and things but the food I wouldn't say it's superb it's a decent meal to go by but I wish the fries isn't as crunchy as it used to be but I do enjoy their foods big fan but do make those fries crunchy they're pretty good

Had worse experience ever. 45 min wait for a mobile order pickup. Elderly People in restaurant waiting over 20 min for bathroom to be opened. And this is why they deserve 20 dollars an hour. If you decide to work at any fast food chain as your career then that is a personal choice. Why should I have to pay for it. Will never be a customer of McDonald’s here or anywhere ever again

First of all the service was bad second I asked for a water cup and they took 20 minutes then the ice cream machine was broken then two parents were almost fought us for no absolutely reason and they banned them and we couldn’t even play in the play area this is just horrible I would eat Burger King then McDonald’s McDonald’s more like mchorrible

They dont bring your food to the table as the app says, i was watching my kids in the playhouse while waiting for food that was never going to arrive. As a parent its important not to leave them unattended especially toddlers. So of course my food got cold and soggy as it waited for me at their pick up counter. They should not offer the service if its not provided.

Ordered online 30mins before arriving they did not have my order. Ask for my order details and kept pushing me aside for other ready Orders and after 30mins in requesting to speak to a manager I was able to get my order details in. Manager covered for employee why he was pushing me off my order saying he had the details when he did not. Ridiculous!

Cashiers must be incompetent, I asked for coffee with 10 sugars 10 creamers INSIDE the coffee and she put 6 sugars 10creamers on the side. I told her about her mistake, she said she'll let the people prepping the orders know, and nothing changed my order came with 6 sugar packs and a cup of creamer lol. Get someone new in the front for the mornings, ole girl is not it. Don't even know the name because McDonald's doesn't put the name of the cashier on the receipt. What a joke.

Today I was just craving an Oreo McFlurry and this location's ice cream machine has never broken down even during this hot ass summer. Props! I use the kiosks whenever I order because I love customizing my order. So when I order a McFlurry, I like to add extra Oreo. However it's always extra Oreo on top and mixing it gets messy. The lady who prepares the orders and calls out your number (wish I had asked for your name) is absolutely the best! When she called my number she had told me that she put extra Oreo on top as well on the bottom! Was the best McFlurry to date! Thank you!

Didn’t have the items I had ordered before hand through the screen so upfront they suggested other items they had in stock , and they were very nice about it as well as very attentive with the customers, to me and the other customers. Only because they didn’t have the items I wanted in this location but overall 4/10 great customer service!!

It’s always a great experience to do my stops here, from good customer service to fast speed overall great! Food is always good, and they never miss my sauce dips ! NEVER ! makes me very happy ! Shout out to Brandon and Darlene amazing team.Kid-friendliness: How manager takes care of the kids play-area, not only does he not allows teenagers there but makes sure little kids safety comes first ! And when I say teenagers meaning when they try to play inside the play area rough and hard McDonald’s team don’t permits it ! Thanks !
