I love pollo campero but the one on south gate omg always on point I live the costumer service specially with the young lady named Karla I believe she was the shift supervisor because she was very helpful and always smiling at the costumer’s thank you Campero for bringing me a smile to my face every time I’m eating lunch

I went to pollo campero today February 9 2024 @ 8:50pm I oder my favorite side wich is Cole slaw the new dressing is Amazing very Delicious the Grill chicken. Has a Delicious Taste also the Fried chicken that's one of the reasons why I keep coming back as well Manager Veronica & Karla are very Kind and Professional. Excellent Customer ?

GROSS AND BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.. So today I went to eat with my family. As I was eating my food. My husband noticed something moving in my plate. And turns out it was a roach. My husband told the manager and told him that she doesn't believe him. She doesn't even apologize to us. Leaves to the back and sends her employer to come see but she also doesn't apologize either only to ask where the roach. We waited for the manager to come apologize but nothing. A waste of $40.

After 18 years I went back to eating free-range chicken. I did like it, but the salad tasted very bad. It seemed like the cabbage was green or raw. It had a very strong flavor. It was nothing like my memories.

The food is delicious but none of the people working wear hair nets, even the Manager or the cashier Verónica do not bring hair nets, they touch food and they do not change their gloves either. In the time I was there, they did not put on hair nets or change their gloves, none of them at all. That's very bad for hygiene reasons, you have to have your hair covered with a net, imagine hair in your food, disgusting, right?
