Bread was super hard I couldn’t even eat the whole sandwich. Worker was very slow her and her co worker were playing around while making the sandwiches. Will not come here again. There’s no way she didn’t feel the bread be that hard and still make my sandwich.

very bad customer service. I stopped by today to buy 2 footlong sandwiches for my kids at around 2:00 pm and the lady who helped me was so rude she got bothered with me because I made the mistake of asking her to wrap my sandwich separately after she had started to wrap already. Last time I go to this location. employees are clearly very un happy to be there.

Why are you in business if you don't even have all the menu items stocked and not even the machine works for the drinks. This review is more for the owner so he can get it together. Don't open a business or franchise if you're not going to put in the work to run it how it's supposed to. The staff here is good but it's a shame they have to deal with an owner who is negligent in providing the right resources for them to deliver the right customer service. Shut your store down or pick up the slack .

If I could give less than a star. I would. Most of the restaurants around here aren't open until 10AM. I haven't been to a subway since they changed their menu. As the only customer in the store. The only employee there was in a bad mood and treated me as if I made her that way. Impatient for my decision in a sandwich. She made it as if I was interrupting her morning. When she got upset after I said I'd like it made as it's advertised. Slamming the veggie trays and knife. I almost walked out but I was too hungry to leave. I should've waited until 10AM for another restaurant.

After reading all these reviews about Valarie the “Manager” it’s mind boggling that she is still the Manager at this location. I went in today with my husband and 10 month old, the minute she noticed us she gave out such a negative and nasty vibe. It was only her and another employee which she kept speaking to and would not acknowledge anyone else. It took her 5 minutes to finally realize she NEEDED to service myself and my husband due to the line increasing. Even after that she took her sweet time, her attitude was the absolute worst. My husband asked for wheat bread and with an attitude she said “White!?” We both looked at each other and knew this was not going to be a good experience. She then continued to talk to her employee in an unprofessional manner. There was a couple standing behind us hugging she then proceeds to ask him “Are you clingy, I can’t stand clingy guys!” LIKE MAMM DO YOUR JOB AND STOP BEING WEIRD. When asking what veggies I wanted I messed up and asked for bell peppers instead of banana and when I corrected myself she huffed and puffed. Being the customer, I should’ve requested the correction but instead I said it was fine. Throughout this whole service she would not look at my husband or me, she didn’t even tell us our total. My husband slid our card and told her in a polite manner “Maybe try not to be so rude.” She then cuts him off and has the audacity to say out loud “Your card declined” when in fact she ran out of receipt paper our card did not decline. She then proceeds to walk away and state “she wasn’t rude, I messed up my own order and started tripping after that.” We left our food because honestly after the horrible experience and service she deserved to make 2 sandwiches for nothing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! But I guess that’s what you get for going to subway.

First of all I went for a tuna sandwich in my lunch break as I was eating it the bread was over cooked the tuna smelled wrong an now, as I'm writing this I have diarrhea an had to leave work earlier by 4 pm I was throwing up an I have a fever now please avoid this subway that now I going have miss work for her uncleanliness..

I came today 12-12-22 in a the employe is Latino a young man in I ask him can you get more fresh tuna in I see it was emty the tuna box I see the he did not want work with me what I want in I walk away in I did not buy nothing I want to report this to the manager of the store I feel the client like me is to chose what I want right?? this happen around 8:27pm this is very sad I couldn't what I want to eat very bad services in I see this employee very lazy to work what I ask him nicely but I well not come back ok!!!

They never have Tuna for some reason after 8pm this is the third time this has happened to me in this location. I went tonight to get a tuna sandwich and sure enough the guy say he had no tuna. Avoid if u want a tuna sandwich after 8pm cuz chances are they won't have it. Or are just too lazy to bring it out.

Went on 11/17/22 to pick up an online order that stayed my food was ready to be picked up. I entered Subway near 7:00PM. There was only 1 customer in front of me and 1 employee, Julio, working. Julio and the customer were friends goofing off until I arrived. Not only was my order was NOT READY, but Julio was under the influence of Marijuana. I smoke myself so I know when someone is high, especially with Julio moving extremely slow and glassy eyes. Even his friend tried to "flex" when itJulio gave my s.o. attitude as well as moved very slowly in preparing the sandwiches, even got 1 order wrong. Is this how current management at this store hire employees? Stoned out of their minds creating false Ready Order pickups as well as likely not taking the proper precautions in food preparation? I will be calling management as well as escalating to Corporate. Never going to return to this location. Like seriously, you had 1.5 hours until closing to wait until you got high Julio.

The rude employee Valerie brings her son to work and the manager was rude as well. She refused to give her name. Of course the attitude was reflected into the frugal portioned food. I left to find another Subway and I will be contacting corporate.
