Ordered the night before and picked up breakfast on the way to the mountains. Got the jalapeño ultimate breakfast bagel and subbed sausage for the bacon. It was made fresh and delicious! Service was quick and the workers were friendly. My friends ordered some other breakfast sandwiches and one with cream cheese which they enjoyed.

10/10 bagels and bagel sandwiches. My family and I were trying to find a new place for breakfast in South Lake Tahoe and this just happened to pop up on my maps search. We couldn't be more excited that we tried this place we will be back 100 times over- the bagels are spectacular. The owners are so nice and all the bagels are handmade, we will recommend this place to everyone we know. I wish I had a photo to add to this review, but the bagels were eaten too quickly to snap a picture.

My wife and I decided to go pick up bagels and cream cheese for the family one snowy morning and came here. After we placed our order, based off of a piece of paper taped to the counter with check marks next to what's still available, they told us they had a limit of (4) for to go orders. Weird business strategy it seemed. So never again unless you only have to feed two people.
decent bagel spot in south lake tahoe, they sell out quickly by 10AM already since they’re made in small batch. the bagels were chewy but mine was a bit cold when served, and the special cream cheese smear didn’t quite have the kick of jalapeños. i also asked for cucumbers but they forgot

Went in today to get a bagel for a late breakfast. I asked for a tomato herb bagel but they were out. I chose to get a garlic parmesan bagel instead and the man working told me it was a great choice. I chalked it up to him being a good salesmen. But HOLY CRAP. That bagel was phenomenal. I will be back for another one. The service and food here is great. Definitely recommend.

I never thought I'd give a 5 star review to a bagel shop but Dragonfly redefines bagels! I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by if you find yourself in the area, or even if you have to drive a half hour! Service: When we came in we were greeted by the friendly guy behind the couner who was in the middle of training someone and took a little longer, but he apologized for the delay and thanked us for our patience. He was informative, helpful and genuine, making the entire ordering process easy and enjoyable. Food/Drink: This is where Dragonfly really excels. I'm generally not the biggest fan of bagels as they're usually too dense/chewy and cream cheese or other traditional bagel toppings dont appeal to me. The bagels at Dragonfly are light and airy on the inside with a fantastic crispy crust. The guy mentioned that his wife made them fresh every morning and I don't know how she's doing it but those bagels are perfection! Amazing "toppings" though you're really looking at more of a bagel sandwich at least for the bagel I ordered (Egg, sausage, hash browns, havarti) on a parmesan and garlic bagel! It was truly incredible! Ambiance: An amazing smell of fresh baked goods upon entering, but aside from that nothing too special here, but hey it's a bagel shop. Quiet and cozy with some fun art on the walls (Harry and Lloyd on the scooter). Perfect setting to enjoy an amazing bagel!
