Ordered delivery. Delicious cookies. Extended delivery time but as to be expected in bustling south lake Tahoe so it was not an issue at all. Me and hubby enjoyed our cookies after a long day of skiing on heavenly. Delivery driver was amazing and very sweet. It's Tahoe we expected to be waiting a bit since they are so busy and in the heart of downtown. Freshly baked warm cookies delivered to our hotel were well worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Was craving an afternoon sweet treat so my friend and I ordered insomnia for delivery and we got the Big Dipper pack which comes with 4 cookies & an icing. We got two white chocolate macadamia cookies and two slime puft cookies n' cream cookies with the buttercream icing topped with cookie dough. The cookies were warm, fresh, and so tasty! I could've done without the dip tbh but the cookies were fire!

Nothing like walking into a business when you hear the words "not it" because the people in the back don't want to serve you. Finally someone came out. If RBF was an attitude...no welcome and no friendliness. Fine, customer service sucked. But the cookies were dry, hard and not even warm. It's only 9pm. I would expect that maybe at 1am but not at 9pm. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Every cookie is soft, warm, and decadent. They stay soft for days so I'm not nervous about ordering plenty. there was a technical issue and my order was late, not only did they personally call me to explain but they threw in a couple extra cookies. Incredibly delicious cookies and absolutely impeccable service. 10/10 and I will be recommending Insomnia Cookies to everyone I know.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and Gluten free options!!

I absolutely loved their cookies! The perfect size and thickness, not overly large. We got a 6 pack variety to try and ate them all :). The carmel and classic chocolate chip were my favorites! The young lady helping us was incredibly kind and patient. Small little shop mostly for grab and go which is perfect for the area. We will be back!

Don't miss out on this cookie shop as the name suggests, it will make you crave it all night and you'll not be able to sleep. Parking is limited as it's located on Lake Tahoe Boulevard not too far across the street from Heavenly Gondola. This is a small shop where you order from the counter and go. No seating area. Been here twice and each time the staff were super friendly! We only tried the cookies here but they also have ice cream. We ordered chocolate chunk, triple chocolate deluxe, red velvet, oatmeal chocolate walnut deluxe and peanut butter cup deluxe. Chocolate and red velvet were our favorites! Peanut buttercup could have used more chocolate imo and oatmeal a bit more butter. Overall the cookies are soft, chewy, not too eggy and so addicting! Highly recommend.
