Honestly one of the best burgers, top 3 I've ever had.Fresh and perfect amount of fresh vegetables and avocado.The fries and onion rings were perfection! Not oily and perfectly cooked served so hot you had to be careful.So good, we ate the next meal there the following day.The service is really friendly and fast.The prices are shockingly reasonable as well!This will be a regular stop every time we're in South shore or remotely close.Just go there!!

The burgers are super yummy and fresh! We have been going here for years and haven’t ever had a problem. They don’t have shakes anymore though which is a bummer. I’ve always gotten the bonsai (teriyaki pineapple) burger and it’s always been good, this last time though I felt the pineapple was so small compared to the size of the burger itself. The burgers are on the bigger side for sure. The nacho fries are yummy as are the onion rings. Can’t miss Izzy’s when inTahoe.

We got ours to go, but it's not really a bad thing. Small place. Got a chili dog and gotta say I have traveled the world... Best chili dog ever. Ever. Homemade chili, cheese, onions, and the dog was as big as the bun. The fries were really good, and we got them with onion rings- frings. Great idea. Next time we visit Tahoe... straight there. Well done.

Smaller local place, we stopped in thinking it might be a gem... its not!! Burger was an over cooked hockey puck, salad was prepackaged and no flavor and to boot the gentleman that was the cook couldn't keep his eyes to himself, staring at and making my girlfriend very uncomfortable. Don't waste your time, take your business to another local establishment.

Definitely a rustic little burger shack. A great spot for a quick lunch. Orders are turned around quickly and delivered to your table. Best onion rings! French fries are good. The burgers are good, chicken sandwich is really nice. You can add avocado and bacon to your sandwich.Outdoor patio seating is pleasant and shaded. Pups welcome. Lots of parking.

The place smells great advertising charbroiled burgers unfortunately the food was terrible and made me sick with vomiting all night the fries were pre-cooked and kept in a warmer and came out hard and stale. and I noticed the lettuce was wilted as I was consuming the burger the bread buns overwhelmed the burger with only a 1/4 of it being meat. it was only 2 hours later I became to feel I’ll that was the only food I ate that day so Undoubtedly it was the burger that was the culprit. If the mgr happens to read this I would like my 13$ back as I lost about 2/300$ from having to take off work. Either way I will never eat here again

Burgers are their claim to fame - and that fame is well deserved. My wife picked the more traditional cheesburger while I splurged for 60 cents more to get a Mushroom Swiss Burger. We got a tray of fries on the side. This place does not have an imposing appearance from the road and looks like a bit of a dive, but this is one case where appearances can definitely be deceiving. The food portions are generous (all burgers are charbroiled 1/3 pound), and most are under $9, which is a steal in Lake Tahoe terms. There is a little parking indoors, and considerable outdoor parking under lovely pine trees. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for the food and ambiance.
