Unfortunately, the website didn’t say reservations were needed, so showing up at 5:45 without being added to the wait list didn’t enable us to get a seat for sushi. Definitely felt like a tourist, but I get that they cater to the locals…of course they should…but how do they know I didn’t just buy a place here? Probably won’t go back; just didn’t feel the love.

Pretty good sushi spot, a bit on the high end for cost.
We finally tried a good sushi spot in Tahoe. Offerings were fresh although we do with they had a wider selection of sashimi. However freshness counts more this far from the ocean. We went when it was not crazy and enjoyed our time at the bar. Will return.
Food, delicious, service excellent, ambience, fun, can't go wrong choosing Off The Hook to go to sushi. Absolutely love this place. Has fresh yummy fish. My favorite roll is the sugar mama and the royal flush. But honestly anything you order you can't go wrong. Highly recommend. Checking it out anytime you're in
