Exceeded my expectations, the restaurant is really nice and we loved the service and food.Patty was our waitress at the bar area, she was great, and made our experience better. We had oysters that tasted really fresh, shared a juicy stake, and enjoyed some good martinis. We'll be back.

Came on valentines. Was running late, called ahead, the hostess said we had to be there within 15 minutes, otherwise we lose our reservation. We SPRINTED!!!! and made it just at the 15 minute mark.Tell me why the restaurant was 90% EMPTY…. And they made it sound like the place was busting with business. Then, it took our waiter 40 minutes to even take our order. Then it took another 30 min for it to be brought out.By the time we left dinner, it was probably only 80% full.Had seafood linguine. Promised by waiter it’s extremely mild. It was SPICY!! I took 4 bites and my eyes were watering. I can eat a whole bag of hot Cheetos without water, but I left this restaurant so hungry bc my food was too spicy.I don’t recall my partner’s dish, but I’m pretty sure he left hungry too. We went home and ordered Panda Express.

Kelly was amazing. The food was also great. The filet mignon and New York strips were cooked as requested and very tender and flavorful. White chocolate raspberry cheesecake awesome. Definitely recommend to eat here!

Our regular spot for years. We can say not only the food but the service keeps us coming back. One staff member makes the visits memorable. Tucked away and usually has some availability. The drinks are possibly the best in Tahoe. 6+ years and looking forward to more. I know the new ownership is considering new things. Hopefully it doesn't change the dynamic too much.

Celebrated a 11 year anniversary and had such an amazing time! The food was good, I'm a potato girlie so the garlic mash was amazing! The breads with butter, red pepper hummus & tapenade were to die for! My boyfriend had the Kansas City Strip & said it was very flavorful! Our waiter Ryan was the best! Very helpful and so incredibly kind! Definitely would go back next visit!

What a beautiful restaurant! We had a really great experience here, our service was amazing, the food was incredible and the dessert was the perfect cherry on top! We went during the week and it was fairly quiet but I almost enjoy it more when it's not super packed. We got a great booth and it was truly very enjoyable. I'd definitely go back here when we return to Lake Tahoe!

Our first time at this restaurant, we had a nice family dinner with various steaks and chicken and salmon. The lobster/ carrot was delicious and the filet mignon was the best ever (according to my grandson). My steak was a little chewy but all in all a very good dinner. Celebrating 2 birthdays and they gave us dessert to enjoy. ?

Food was excellent. Our server Ryan was incrediby attentive. Constantly checking in on us to make sure my Gf's bday dinner experience was amazing. Food value was on par for a steakhouse. Free bday dessert at the end (chocolate lava cake) was amazing Would definitely recommend to anyone to celebrate a special event.

Park Prime is the most underrated restaurant I think we have ever been to. The location within the casino hides it and that’s a shame. Let’s first start with the cleanliness as we walked in. The atmosphere is inviting and a higher end feeling. Next…the service is above 5 star. Our server Kelly was phenomenal. The bartender was also amazing. All staff were friendly and helpful. They made our visit memorable and topped off our evening in the best of ways. And now, the food! The Lob’scargot…get it! Or don’t if you don’t love lobster, garlic and wine and deliciousness! That’s up to you! But if you do, make sure to dip your bread into the left over sauce and thank me later! The filet was prepared just as ordered and was buttery smooth. The mushrooms…I HATE mushrooms and I LOVED these! That is a testament in itself. The Mac! I know, I know, it’s Mac and cheese but this is not just a Mac n cheese, this is prime Mac n cheese!Dessert…it was, well, mouthwatering, refreshing, and beautiful!Thank you Park Prime for being a great part of our day!

Steak Lacked Seasoning, No Flavor Whatsoever, Asked for a medium and got a rare steak, prices are absurd for how horrible the food was. First time visiting Tahoe for a snow trip was extremely disappointed when I landed myself at this place for dinner. Do not recommend owner clearly doesn’t care about the place because there are hundreds of bad reviews and 0 fixes.

We had dinner last night to celebrate my birthday and NYE! I've had lots of set menus dinners because of having a NYE birthday! This one was the best! Great size portions! The French onion soup was awesome! Lobster and mashed potatoes where perfect!!! Get experience! Totals worth the price!

My wife and I had an early New Year's Eve dinner here. The prawns were a bit tough, but everything else was very good. Our experience was enhanced by our server "Ashley". Super attentive, prompt, professional and friendly. We will be back, next time we are up at the South Shore on Lake Tahoe.

(Very) Under seasoned and a tad overcooked on the steak. Seriously, just a bit more salt would've helped a lot. French onion soup is good. Service saves it. Ryan was awesome.

The menu implies upscale or gourmet even and something as simple as a linen tablecloth and lowering the lights a bit would help sell that idea. Being surrounded by screaming kids and people with their dogs being seated (clearly not service dogs... and yes it's easy to tell the difference from a pet) creates an atmosphere closer to a Denny's.... Not enough positive points to offset that. I'm guessing the folks having dinner at the bar watching the football game had a much better experience. ...... I never write bad reviews,I just don't return, but unless the casino is comping your dinner there are better options for dropping $400.
