This place has a terrible odor when you walk in. It is dark and looks like decor from the 70s. Lost my appetite immediately. For some reason.....my husband likes this place. According to Yelp.....it is closed......good..... Let's give it a good cleaning and maybe open in the future.

Love this place! We have been ordering everything on the menu especially the lasagna and spaghetti! A must for all ages and family!
Went here a few weeks ago while I was I tahoe. The staff is so incredibly sweet and the good is AMAZING! Sad to hear they were closed and only open two day's a week.

Tep's hosted our wedding reception in the middle of July 2021. What a great experience! The food was bountiful and delicious. Leading up to the day, Dan had been having staffing issues, but we couldn't have been more impressed by his staff; they were incredibly.

Dan and his employees are so nice and made everything great! I definitely recommend going here, hopefully he can find more employees with all the craziness going on. We have come to Tep's for years. Tonight we were told that there would be an hour wait which we were happy to do. We then asked if our party was reduced by half because our children would go home and the there would be four could we be seated more quickly. We watched as other tables of four were seated that were below us on the list after we had asked about a table for four. We were told that there would still be an hour wait . Our patience ran out after 2 hours and we were still waiting . When we questioned why we're waiting, they told us at that time that they only had one table for a party of our size. The hostess and bartender were quite rude and disrespectful when we questioned our wait. Needless to say we left and went to another restaurant and was seated immediately and had our food in less than 15 minutes. Disappointing that this experience happened as we were celebrating a birthday.
