The first time we tried Vinny's Pizza we absolutely loved it, had good customer service, we're locals and have visited various times since, however tonight has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First off tried calling ahead and the phone was turned off. We got there in person to order and the guy at the register said, "let me see if the kitchen is still open, we got there at 8:55pm on a Saturday and they'd be open for another hour. I had to repeat my order to him 3 times, he was clearly NOT sober, he was struggling to enter the order on the IPAD and then said "sorry it's my first day" I've seen him every time since I've gone. I then asked him why he didn't get the other guy to help him, he said "why don't you fuck off" I saw the other guy pop his head out and I called him over. I told him what he'd said to me and told him he can't even ring me up he's clearly not sober. What kind of business are they running!? We walked out and refused to eat there. Other times we've ordered ahead only to have to wait an hour or more because they forgot to put in the order and then rush it giving us a half cooked or burnt pizza. Won't be coming back until they get new staff

Great pizza! Try the pesto chicken Wings and cold beer on point Good vibes in the building as well!!! Staff was very friendly too!

We went to the sushi bar here. It was a great place. Unusual decor but friendly staff. Very busy so it’s poplar. The menu was exciting and the food was excellent and well priced, but the venue was cold (we ate in our ski clothes, hat and jacket!) and all our meal were lukewarm in temperature when we went to eat. Disappointed.

So disappointing. They said to wait atleast 15 minutes for the pizza but waited almost an 1 and half. The pizza that we ordered got burnt also.

Worst service, 15 mins became 45mins. The guy in the counter don't even know what's going and out of the world rude and doesn't care to customer - hispanic guy! Ordered the supreme and cheese and both are burnt. Kids like pizza and both complain why the crust is like that. They can't even bite it because it was so hard for them. I know you guys are popular but come on!
Wanted some pasta, waited 45 mins with only 2 other tables with people (who already had their food), only to get cold pasta!!! the bread that comes with the pasta wasn't even done yet, I tried to wait for the bread and by then my pasta was so cold it was no longer edible!Will never dine here again!

Pizza is mediocre and overpriced. $33 for a so-so pepperoni pizza. If just the pizza I'd give it maybe 3 stars. However, we also got two chicken parmesan sandwiches. At $17 a pop, they were supposed to come with fries and a salad, and when I got back to my hotel to check the bag, neither was included with either sandwich. The chicken in both sandwiches was partly OK but partly inedible. Strange texture, maybe been frozen for way too long or not cooked properly. So we threw away part of each sandwich. Overall disappointing and expensive experience.

Don’t recommend eating before your flight. Had it for dinner the night before my flight. And I have been fighting for my life for the past 48hrs throwing up and covering the inside of my toilet. It tasted good as it was going down. Just highly disappointed.

I visited Lake Tahoe and decided to try Vinny's Pizza & Pasta. I tried the pizza and my friend tried the Spaghetti and meatballs. Spaghetti was great! The pizza was crunchy! We were greeted by the staff when we walked in. Service was very friendly and we stayed for around an hour eating our food. Overall, I recommend this place if you want a slice of pizza or pasta!
