Ok I hate to say this. I love chipotle, but this location gives me diarrhea every single time I go there. It's been more than 5 times now that I get a stomach ache after eating here. Something with the quality here is bad.

Placed an online order through the app...just a chicken burrito and chips. I got my food over 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Walk in customers were getting their food before me. Even as the number of customers waiting for their online order grew in the waiting area, the workers or manager didn't seem concerned. I logged a complaint on the app, but in the future, I'm just not coming back even though it is so close to my house. Wish corporate held these folks more accountable because it seems like I am not the lone one star review.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! They have this one manager named irving he is just terrible he is the reason I drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location. He gives me almost no food every single time I have been there. And chargers me for extra stuff sometimes and won't take it off even when I point it out. Please fire this horrible person!!

Came in for the QUESO24 mobile app deal for free queso. Placed the order at 5:55pm via mobile app, was supposed to be ready by 6:10 and wasn't ready til 6:13. 3 minutes after is no problem however giving 2/5 stars because of how little cheese I received. I typically like to order in person because I feel like they give better portion sizes however this is unacceptable. When you ask for a side of salsa they fill it to the top, so why not queso? Edit: I went ahead and submitted the experience to the suggested site but this is all I receive as a response. :( bad service.

Yesterday there were three workers and they were out of nearly everything. Took us 30 minutes in line to place order. I got norovirus / food poisoning from lettuce carnitas bowl. Never again!

This is one of the smaller locations I've been to. I think they need more seating. It was very busy when we went and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes, there were only two people there and one was a cook. They need to have more staff to accommodate the customers. I waited a considerable amount of time to get a to-go bag while new customers kept coming in. It would have been nice to have two team members manning the food and cash register. The burrito bowls were pretty good. I made the mistake of ordering too spicy and it was a bit unbearable for me to consume the food. This location needs to improve in some areas.

I’m leaving this review to publicly thank Celia who always has a great attitude and puts care and attention into every pick up order I have (multiple times per week). She’s makes the best meals that aren’t just slopped into the bowl. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

It's Chipotle. You know what you're getting. So come here already. It's not too busy and eating on the outside patio is awesome. Old Towne Pasadena is just up the road. This can be your jumping off spot.

Food was missing from our bowl. We returned to have the missing items added. An employee by the name "Irving" was extremely rude and had horrible customer service skills. Chipotle shouldn't have employees working here who have an unprofessional attitude like Irving's.
