I never leave review but this women deserves a review I went to this location this morning and the ONLY women working in the morning was miss Jessica B a shift lead or manager she was not only by herself but there was a huge line and inventory getting delivered she did great handled the line well and was super kind and efficient it is a crime to leave someone alone no matter what time of day she did great and deserves this review she deserved better then that

My order whey pb + banana protein. Also ordered an açaí bowl. Once I got home noticed something missing. They didn’t put any banana in the pb + banana. Things like this make me just want to make it at home.

Girls here are very rude. They gave me attitude as soon as I walked in. They also didn’t make me the wheatgrass shot I asked for but instead gave it to me as a bottled shot which cost less than what I paid. The rest of the drinks tasted horrible. Bad customer service + bad juice making skills. Don’t recommend anyone to come to this Jamba Juice Location.

I wish I would have posted a review sooner. I love this location!!! I come out to South Pas daily and I prefer to come to this location then the one that close to me in Covina. (No shade to the West Covina location lol) I normally come in the am and I always get my drink quickly. Of course if there are people before me I know they come before me and will have to wait. That's just about anywhere. Today I got Aloha Pineapple but I also have gotten Apples and Greens. Those are my go to drinks with a Parmesan Pretzel. They are always blended perfectly and taste fresh. The drink I purchased today did not disappoint. The place was clean and the employee working was very nice. If you are in or near South Pasadena and want Jamba definitely stop here.

Super cute location!!! Came to this area for an errand and was pleasantly surprised. I love the parking and the quietness of this area so I am definitely gonna come back here again! I usually go to a lot of the Jamba locations but this one so far has been my favorite.

Place has gone downhill, dirty, unfriendly employees that don't greet and make you feel like it's a burden you can in. They don't even fill your cup anymore. Inconsistent depends on who makes your drink. Won't be going back to this location. We

Stopped here on a whim. I don't think I will again. It's just really slow to get smoothies. When it's really hot and your thirsty, Jamba Juice is tempting. It's not so fun when your waiting to be greeted for a while when it's hot. Often, these things are nobodies fault. There's less staff so the wait is longer...and it's not normally busy at this time...so there is less staff. I just don't think it's worth the wait. I don't have a lot of time.
Slowest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. Waited for 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge that I was standing at the register. 3 young girls working and they moved at sloth speed the entire time I was in the store. Didn't even get my order right. Wrong ingredients and was disgusting!

I have been come Jamba to get my favorite drink Green Match Blast its one its one of my favorite drinks at Jamba. I also enjoy their waffle they are so good when it nice warm.

This Jamba is severely understaffed. Waited 15 min & they still weren't taking orders because they were so behind. Mind you I tried calling to place an order but no answer. If they would have been more attentive & gave me an estimate instead of staring blankly at me I would have been more patient. Employees don't wear proper food service attire & more than likely contaminate your smoothie. Don't come here.

Please hire people who greet each person and act like they want to work. The girl that helped me today didn't once smile and her attitude was so bad for the $10 I paid it wasn't even good..wont be visiting this place ever again
