Picked up 3 sandwiches and for all 3 of them the bread was very stale. We had to take out all the filling and throw it on some wonder bread. Crappy ass over priced sandwiches just to have them put it on stale ass bread. SUCKED CULO! I want my money back.

This location has the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Jersey Mike's. Even during the busy lunch hour, they will continue to take online orders, which slows things down even more. Once, I showed up 30 minutes after placing an online order and still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. The workers seem miserable and can't be bothered to smile either. If you need Jersey Mike's, go to another location. Trust me.

Josh and his team were on it for our homebuyer workshop lunch event in South Pasadena. They had our catering order ready and correct on time . I really appreciate the follow up call to confirm my order as well . We will definitely be back to this location for catering at our next workshop.

DO NOT, DO NOT come in person. Minimum 30 minute wait. They prioritize online orders and pretty much ignore walk ins. I've been there twice and it's the same story, takes over 30 mins. Just walked out the second time, there's a Winchells in the same plaza.

I've been here a couple times but it's definitely not my favorite location. I mobile ordered and got there earlier than my scheduled time. To my surprise and delight the sandos were ready, but when I got home 5 minutes later the bread was sopping wet. It's as if they made the sandwiches before the scheduled time. It sucked because my wife was so grossed from the drenched bread out that she took two bites and couldn't eat anymore.

This is a perfectly fine Jersey Mike's, but they are absolutely terrible about picking up phone calls. I called 24 times and their voicemail is full to even leave messages.I just want swiss cheese on a cheesesteak, but the option to customize it doesnt exist on any delivery apps.

This location of Jersey Mike's has never gotten their act together. The food is fresh, and you're getting what you expect. But hot tip: if you ever want to order online for takeout, give yourself a lot of time. Orders are never ready when they say they will be. Usually it's at least another 15-30 minutes on top of the already-long estimated time. They have had plenty of time to adapt to this new Door Dash economy - hire more people if you can't keep up with the orders.

Horrible service, asked for a Philly cheese with no pickled peppers, add mushrooms, but I forgot to let the guy who took the order that I wanted to add lettuce. That guy fused at me for not telling him in the beginning, the guy making my sandwich forgot to add the mushrooms, and gave me pickled peppers and was pissed because I wanted to add lettuce. He slopped my sandwich together and basically threw it in my bag. Lastly he didn't even cut my sandwich! Very poor service and bad attitudes all around! Won't ever eat here again!!!

Meh. Whenever I order delivery from this store the order is wrong. They also put way too much mayonnaise on everything. I think this place used to be better. I won't be going back.
