Wonderful service!! The workers over there are actually very nice and really friendly!! All the different kinds of their cookies, the cakes, macarons, coffees, and their teas are very delicious too! The store inside is pretty small, clean, and cute!! The menu prices are reasonable as well! I definitely will go back there again in South Pasadena when I get the chance to!! Five stars is exactly my total rating!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!

On a Saturday morning in September, my sister and I came here to look at their pastries. We were only ones here. There sell small desserts at one glass window and pastries next to cashier. They had almond, Nutella croissants, big cookies, morning bun. They also provided samples of shortbread cookies. The cashier was nice and helpful.

Rude staff overpriced you could find way better tasting cookies elsewhere

Hands-down, the best shortbread cookie that I have ever eaten! Shortbread is my favorite treat, and I have sampled them in many of my travels looking for the perfect flavor and textured treasure. Little did I know I'd find my dream cookie at Gelson's in Southern California. It was so tasty. I had to look up Kelly's cookies on the Internet and proceeded to order a large box. Unfortunately, my mom was in hospice and I ended up accidentally leaving the box in her room. I hope whoever ate them enjoyed them... Or maybe they were just thrown away. So to make my sad chubby self happy, I called Kelly's cookies up and ordered the same box. It hasn't arrived yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I think it might actually make me smile at this very sad time.

Delicious cookies but not many selectionsThey are expensive because of macadamia nuts, I suppose(?) Quality not consistent: some days with overbaked cookies

Love going to Kelley's Kookies for gifts! I always get the chocolate dipped macadamia shortbread cookies for my coworkers & friends and it is always a hit! These are definitely an indulgent & kind of pricey snack, but so worth it! If you buy 2 or 4 you can ask for it to be boxed (free of charge). Note: check in on yelp for a free individually packaged cookie! :)

Delicious Shortbread cookies. My favorite are the raspberry filled, but all are worth trying.

Unpleasant experience with one of the stuff... Was exchanging a gift box I just brought 1 minute ago cuz I realize I bought the wrong size. So I went back to the store and asked for a exchange and apparently I looked like someone who will steal cookies because one of the stuff opened the box in front of me and started counting how many cookies are in the box....I literally just brought the gift box 1 minute ago and the gift box is unopened! I understand they want to make sure the gift box is in its original form, but start counting in front of me especially to a customer who just bought it does not sound like a smart way....and I have been purchasing their gift boxes many times for my friends... don't think i want to go back anymore... plus I just looked at their unconditional guarantee statement, I assume even if I opened the gift box and ate a cookie I can still return it without someone open up the box and counting how many cookies left in the box... just made my day!

On recommendation from sister this place has a large selection of types of cookies. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Described whatever I pointed at. Boxed up everything nicely. I will reserve tasting for later

nothing great. For the new County minimum wage of nearly 16.00 an hour, Bad customer service. Sales clerk didn't want to be there. couldn't muster up any enthusiasm from her, even after telling her it was my first time. No customers in the store so she wasn't busy, except sitting down and playing w/ her phone. This is bad for independent store owners who have no choice but to pay these idiots And now have to raise their prices on goods to compensate. I was fooled by the yelp reviews. Damn I was fooled... ended up taking them to office to share, but no one finished them up. the cookie lovers at office said they were "ok." I actually never finished the batch until I saw them untouched weeks later at trashed them. basically, these are " girl" cookies.... Small, dainty, individually wrapped, you need at least 3 to realize it wasn't anything great. Don't like cookies that after 1 bite, crumbles and makes a mess on you and then crumbles in mouth and feels like soft sand Dissolving in your mouth. these are the kind of cookies you chop up w ice cream/sorbet, not with coffee. I'll order from Christie's Cookies from Tennessee for a rich tasting oatmeal cookies made for guys. should have walked over to winchells donuts. Woulda saved me 36.00...

The cookies are still really good, but the customer service is lacking. I rushed here right after work and barely made it before closing time. I purchased an insane amount of cookies and the associate was so rude. I called earlier and asked what the cross street was because I knew I was cutting it close on time, she didn't know. Once I got there , no greeting, didn't offer a sample, she didn't tell me about the seasonal cookies, and she acted like I was a bother. I was there to buy a large amount of cookies for care packages to be sent off to different colleges. Next time I will avoid the traffic and save time and gas and order online. I don't need the attitude.

Im updating my review because I tried the Macadamia refrigerator cookies and those tasted the same. In looking over the ingredients the difference I believe in why the Macadamia shortbread tastes differently in a not so good way, from the Macadamia refrigerator cookies is because the shortbread cookies has palm kern oil, a common ingredient in store bought cookies. So I will stick with their Macadamia nut refrigerator cookies which were the deliciousness I remember.
