Love this place. Love the food. Come here as much as I can. Only thing that stops me from coming more often is that prices have gone up faster than my income.

I've been coming to Phoenix for at least the past 10 years for their desserts. Mochi, pudding and custard squares were super delicious. Unfortunately, the quality of the desserts have really gone down these past two years. I noticed about 2 years ago the mango pudding was now filled with air and more artificial. I still came back for the mango mochi and custard squares. Today, I went to get mango mochi and the mango filling went from a generous mango cube to a small mango cube and mango cream to fill the empty space. The mochi itself is not the same texture anymore and the flavor is just not that good. it's super disappointing the quality really declined but prices continue to increase. The custard squares are the only thing that's still like the original but it's probably only a matter of time... Also they have a new round durian mochi that is not good. Don't get it.

My friend and I visited the establishment around 1:30 pm on Saturday, and it was not busy at all (pleasantly surprised!) As we had already eaten lunch, we picked up desserts and ate them outside. There are a few tables outside if you prefer Al fresco. I have been to other locations but I like this one. The staff members were very friendly, and I will definitely come back when I am in the area.

Some of the best Chinese food in the area. Place is clean and food comes out quick. I have been eating here for more than 5 years.

I recommend this Phoenix because it's delicious here! I've been to all the Phoenix around my area and this is my favorite! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Excellent food and excellent customer service.

This has to be my favorite Asian dessert place because of the variety of drinks, jelly and soup type desserts. This time we ordered the calamari or fried squid. Squid was not too chewy and the batter was light crispy and nicely salted.

I always forget this spot is here. I used to always go to the one on Valley in San Gabriel. This one is tiny. About 5 tables on the inside and 1 table outside.Service was pretty quick. We ordered to-go since we live close by. The Mango Delight still tastes great. Also ordered the Chicken Congee 5/5 and Thai Basil beef 3/5 (it lacked flavor).Overall, would still come here for the drink, congee and other items.

No frills, consistent, reliable Chinese food joint. The drinks and desserts are great as well. The dining room offers about 5 tables with 4 chairs at each one. There are about three patio tables outside if watching miserable drivers sitting traffic is your thing. On a hot summer day, my family and I like to grab these dessert drinks from Phoenix, they are mostly coconut milk base with various chopped fruits mixed in, melon, mango, and of course tapioca. Since it is not a caffeinated drink like boba tea, my 9 years old can have as much as her little body desires. Recently I decided to try their line of herbal tea drinks. Truly a sign that I am getting older or just feeling nostalgic, my grandma used to make these herbal teas and they tasted exactly like homemade. Listed on the product labels are all natural ingredients and very little sugar for taste. When served iced cold, they are actually pretty tasty, of course these are not as sweet as a boba tea or other artificial sugary drinks but it is all natural ingredients and that beats becoming diabetic.

I ordered takeout thru uber and the food was great! We had the coconut mango rolls which are 10/10, very great and fresh flavor and bigger portion than I expected. Definitely recommend. We also had the shrimp egg rolls which were nice and crispy and were loaded with delicious shrimp that was not overcooked. Will be ordering this again next time. The young chow fried rice with Chinese sausage, eggs, and green onions did not disappoint. It was a nice big portion (it fed me, my boyfriend, and toddler). The only small downside is that is was a bit oily, but I recommend trying this dish. The stir fry noodles with beef brisket had good flavor and plenty of meat. The meat tasted fresh and soft.Lastly, the braised beef stew noodle soup was the greatest dish we got from here. The broth has a hint of ginger and comes with bokchoy and the beef which were cooked to perfection. It tasted very fresh and authentic. I definitely recommend this dish if it is your first time.

I've come here on and off for the last 20-ish years and the one thing you can count on is consistency. The food has been reliably consistent over the years even with some menu changes. The prices have spiked considerably recently, but part of that is just the economy. Dishes like Hainan Chicken and Sliced BBQ Beef have been solid staples. Phoenix Food Boutique locations are known for their desserts as well, and they are good. They have puddings, mochi, custards, etc. from your typical fruit flavors, red bean, and green tea all the way out to durian and ube.

I've had food, drinks, and desserts many times at this location and everything is always so yummy. This is one of my favorite go to Chinese restaurant in the area. They always package my Togo orders super well and separate all of the hot and cold food items. The food is not too salty nor greasy. Highly recommend!
