The Starbucks has good surroundings, and there are tables outside, although they are not cleaned. The service was unfortunately a lackluster, like that from Benoitte, unpleasant attitude.

One of the worst locations, they always get our orders wrong, and most often on the easiest things like a matcha latte or a chai

Service and quality going downhill. You used to get a lemon loaf in a paper bag and you were offered the choice of warm or not warmed up. This time I was given a plastic wrapped loaf. Very unappetizing. Also he just slid it onto the bar instead of handing it to me. Maybe I am being picky but I miss the old Starbucks. This never happened to me in Texas when I visit my family. They must have better training or just better employees there.

Michelle (Chucky) and Andrew are superstars in their customer service. I have visited many Starbucks from here to Switzerland by far they are the best at what they do. Especially since COVID good customer service is hard to come by. Thank you two for making my day a little brighter.

Frozen lemonade with dragonfruit was not too sweet and very refreshing.
Monique just helped fix a boo-boo from last night. She credited us and gave us free drinks today. Thank you so much! We are grateful.

Paid $8.05 for a grande latte and honestly that’s the most money I’ve ever paid for a Starbucks coffee. They upcharge their prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The barista on Sunday night is cute and friendly though I think he can let the tea steep a bit before adding the steamed milk to it. My main complaint of this location is the ***brightness*** of the lights! It's too much. Can you please dim them... a lot!? Such bright lights at night give people headaches!

OMG, this evening I had a pretty great hankering for something pumpkin-ie... lol So I grabbed another pumpkin muffin, I'm home in front of my smart tv watching HALLMARK and enjoying a bit of my chamomile tea paired along with my righteous Starbucks pumkin muffin. Delicious! Especially down to the dollop of cream cheese frosting on top. I'm definitely feeling cozy sitting by my window gazing at the illuminated green. belt outside the bedroom window. Waiting for the heavy rain to burst forth and the wind to pick up. Button down the hatches and the shutters for your windows The Rains have arrived!
