I tried this place for the first time. I ordered the margherita pizza, which was a complete disappointment. The crust was delicious, but the rest is just cheese, and the rubbery kind that you need to chew 100 times and just tastes like salt. My husband ordered the California burger, which tasted good, but there was a stone in the patty, good thing he didn't break his tooth when he bit into it. All in all, we won't be coming back to eat here, unfortunately.

Today 04/24/24 @ 9:23am I purchased a California burger with bacon it wants under cooked it was FN raw I unfortunately took and ate one bite out of ??. Check your food before you leave the place I had to walk back from terminal 1 gate 10 to show them they offered to make it again but I was so sick to my stomach over it I lost my appetite.

The store has terrible service. When I asked the cashier lady where I could pick up the coconut water, she said I should wait on the line. After I waited over 10 minutes, I finally faced to her who told me pick up in the refrigerator by myself. She yelled every one when I complained her service. Why does the store keep so terrible service?

Bad experience, I went because I wanted to try the clam chowder, it was horrible and poorly served. The one who served us was super rude and moody. The truth is we went because there are not so many options to eat at the airport, but the truth is I would not return. If you go, see how things are served first, before ordering there. PS: the coffee was not good either.

Absolutely loved the rustic tomato soup. It was very creamy and thick just like I like my soups. Although the lady at the billing register was not the kindest and sweetest. The sourdough bread which came with the soup was very good.Vegetarian options: Very few

Horrible! Horrible! Maybe the barista is not certified or the restaurant is being cheap! Ordered 3 vanilla Lattes coffee quality is poor Lattes were watered down! Horrible experience tasting that latteIt was embarrassing!

Food is extremely horrible. Tuna sandwich is a disaster, super salty. The sourdough bread that comes with it doesn’t taste like sourdough at all. For the price of $13, I expect better quality.

I work at SFO. I therefore eat at SFO quite a lot. Today's experience reminded me why, despite the good quality bread, I never go to Boudin.The service is *terrible*. I mean, really and truly awful. These employees clearly hate their jobs with a passion. They may be praying for unemployment.It actually wasn't that busy when I went in. No lines and a few people in there. I had pre-ordered two meals online, each with a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a cookie (not that those are any kind of combo deal; just mentioning what my order entailed).There was one customer in front of me when I went to the pickup line . He was clearly deeply confused/upset about some aspect t of his order, because he was inspecting his receipt and muttering unhappily. No worker offered to help him despite his being there quite a while. When he finally moved aside--again, clearly unhappy--I stepped up to the counter. There were available staff, but none made any attempt to make contact with me, so I simply grabbed the two sandwiches that were there labelled with my name.Of course, my order involved more than two sandwiches. I grabbed my own chips out of a rack. No staff attempted to interact with me.I next stood in the queue next to the point of sales in near the pastries. (Oh, did you think that ordering online and paying in advance would mean that your order is ready for you to pick up? HA! Better build multiple lines into your expectations and not chance it if your flight is leaving soon).The staff member, when he eventually deigned to pay attention to me, told me to get in the coffee line. I told him I ordered online and just needed two cookies. I showed him my email receipt. He shoved a single cookie in a bag and tossed it to me before taking someone else's coffee order. I waited until he was done and reiterated that my order had TWO cookies. I again showed him the receipt. He scrutinized it carefully before scoffing and shoving a second cookie into the little pastry bag. I asked for a bag for my whole order, since two sandwiches, two chips, and two cookies is a bit much to juggle. He snorted and turned away. He helped other customers while I stood there.When he finally once again deigned to pay attention to me, I reiterated that I'd like a bag. He finally chucked one at me.For this, I paid 15% tip?! Why?! This was a self service transaction with none of the time saving elements. Come here for rudeness and time wasting.Klein's only for me from here on out.
