Me and my fiancé stayed here for a weekend away, for the price it wasn’t bad but 2/3 nights we were there, there was ABSOLUTELY NO parking at all. Multiple customers were coming into the lobby to ask where they are supposed to Park; AND WE HAD TO PAY NIGHTLY FOR PARKING....after 30 min of driving around we went inside the lobby really upset and then one of the front desk clerks went outside and MOVED HER CAR FOR US TO take! Keep in mind, there were multiple customers upset over this. It was outrageous. We should have received a refund for the parking fees. They had people parked up around the fire lanes and in non designated parking areas. It’s already bad enough to find parking in San fransisco in general....so you expect to have parking at your hotel at the very least. I was really upset, the room wasn’t bad, the tv wouldn’t work properly....and when I called the front desk for an extra towel the lady picked up the phone and she said “pend*jo” and then was laughing over the phone saying “ahaha front desk” it was an odd trip. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

NOT pleasant location (to say least) & place looks worn out & tired, BUT very convenient to 101 & both SFO & City -- especially with light COVID traffic :). Seems safe enough, including parking lot, but staff "Service" (HAH! is VERY weak!! ONLY my threat of Disputing 2nd night room charge with Visa to get room serviced when we returned late afternoon 2nd day to find rooms untouched, AND Desk realizing we had NOT been informed that multi-night guests get Room Service ONLY if asked for AT CHECK-IN (say What!!?), got our rooms serviced by 6PM(!) that 2nd day!

A place to remember when friends get together after being miles away. This place is clean, safe and secured. Hotel is very accessible to and from the airport. Also close to restaurants and local transportation hub!

Not fancy but has all the basics for passing through. They provided everything a person could need for getting some rest: dark curtains, fan/ac/heat, clock radio, extra pillows and blankets, and a clean and well-equipped bathroom. Also a coffee maker supplied with coffee and tea. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of tasty offerings. Staff, with one exception, was courteous and helpful.

Our stay was delightful and a very good experience for the whole family. The location is can not be better. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the room is appreciated. Definitely will stay again and we will recommend it to friends.
