We ordered Butter Chicken and paid additional for boneless chicken and xtra veggies, and got neither.We asked for our Bhaigan Bharta, Navratan Korma, and Chicken Biryani to be xtra spicy, and they were all equally bland. No spice whatsoever.This is the third time we've ordered from them. I wasn't aware of the spice level options the first time, but I asked for the same items to be xtra spicy the second time. They were just as bland, but we thought we'd give them another chance, and tonight's order was a complete failure.Also, I've asked them to include utensils in each of our three orders, and got nothing. Although it wouldn't be a main reason to give such a low rating, it certainly does show a pattern that these people aren't paying attention to the notes in the order. Or, perhaps they just don't care? Whichever the reason, third time's the charm. We're done with this place.

Looks great (even if it isn't what you ordered), smells great, and taste great (if you're not allergic to seafood when you ordered chicken ?). However, all that goes out the window when your food is unevenly cooked; varying from pink&raw to stringy&chewy.
