BEWARE!The bar will add fees and add more tip $ than you left. They charged me $4 more on top of what I was charged and when I left a $3 tip they charged me $25 for the tip.I called the manager (I didn’t get her name) but she was very rude and told me she would look into it. 2 days passed and she didn’t call me back or did anything about the situation.Something sketchy is happening in the bar so be sure to keep a receipt copy for these shady people!

I came on a rainy Sunday. It was pretty busy. I was kindly assisted with getting a lane by a very friendly and patient young lady.Unfortunately, there aren't many lanes and I was told some are out of order. Despite the fact I was there a good 20 minutes and it appeared there was a lane or 2 available, the wait was approx 1 hour.Bowling is by the hour only, which isn't a problem at all. I believe it was $40 for the hour and $5 for shoes, if needed and $1 for a ball.

Do not book/reservation. I made a reservation the on a Tuesday. When I submitting its said they will be contact with in 24-48hrs, NOTHING!! I called Thursday and some lady said that the person in charge of the reservations was pretty backed up and that I should receive an email that night or maybe the following morning. Still no call no email back from them. So I called them again Friday. The guy said make another reservation and he'll make sure to make a note so I can be on the top of list and to call back at 830 when the person incharge comes in. I called at 900 and got busy signal. I finally got someone.they out me on hold for 5 mins and hung up.uck that place.

It was a nice place, the food was amazing! They had toddler size shoes c7 which was rare to find at other places. Arcade and pool tables were a plus.

I don’t review places often but this place was horrible. My brother was racially profiled and accused of carrying beer but he didn’t have anything. We were not allowed to get bowling shoes because they were ‘out of shoes’. What bowling place runs out of shoes?Bathrooms were gross.Staff is unfriendly and rude.Don’t bring your family here, they don’t deserve your business.

Lanes were clearly not oiled or maintained properly because when you bowl straight down the middle, the ball goes all the way to the left. I had to bowl from the far right just to get the ball to go down to middle, which was ridiculous. If you want to go here and not really bowl, this is the place, but if you're actually a bowler like my husband, this isn't the place for you.

I would like to give the highest shout out to my man Jacob !!! It takes one little thing to earn loyalty for ever and same goes for losing it, and Jacob with his excellent customer service, kindness, and positive energy won me and my girl's loyalty forever, The ambiance is also awesome !!!! The arcade was nice too... Next time I go bowl in SF , it's only at this place, Thank you Jacob !!

Chill spot on a Sunday for my boyfriend and I. We went around 400 pm and were immediately able to get a lane. Our pins keep messing up a few times but someone was always around to fix it. We didn't drink or eat there, but it has a cool atmosphere with the neon lights inside. I would come back and drink here with friends next time! They did have good music playing which is always a plus. Also didn't have time for the arcade room but looked like plenty options. Left one star for the parking was a little tight but no other complaints.

this place is really for the aesthetics & vibes. there's a small parking lot that gets filled up quickly & street parking is a hit or miss. went this past saturday & we had to wait an hour for a lane to open up since it's such a small bowling alley ($40/hr up to 6 ppl per lane).right when we arrived, there's a bunch of security checking your ID/bags & they were kind of harassing us. not even saying "hi how are you," just immediately asking "do you plan to drink tonight?" the security even followed us inside asking me a bunch of weird questions. while you wait, you can purchase drinks at the bar which are overpriced & so small. the bartenders didn't even acknowledge us & ignored my friend so they can talk to their coworkers & take shots.they need to step it up with their management because the bathrooms were so dirty & no toilet paper or paper towels in any of the stalls! they also don't clean or wipe down the sitting/table area at each bowling lane so there was trash & drink spills from the previous group so any of us could've fell. didn't seem like there was any cleaning staff keeping up with the whole place.probably the best thing here is the food! they serve really good chicken sandwiches, fries, & chicken tenders for an okay price.this place is nice to go to for a special occasion & if you want to have a good time as there's a dj on saturday nights.
