I don't know who Keith is but clearly he can't be in two places at once! On my way to the Daly City location and noticed that this one was closer so I came here, only to find them closed! Looking at their hours posted on the window, they should have been open for business. Not happy with this.

The food was good but what I didn't like was how the cook walked outside wearing gloves touching who knows what and then came back to cook like idk if those gloves were changed? The young lady at the register was handling money with gloves and then helping in the kitchen as well like yea.... That's a big no no.

Kieth chicken and waffles has several locations. We went to the one on El camino in South San Francisco and the owner. Kieth typically is there he's a great guy and void. Does he know how to make great food if you've not tried this I suggest that you do it's absolutely wonderful, chicken is moist super good and the waffles are real good as well

Took two stars off for the undercooked fries and inconsistent amount, my husbands amount of fries was half the amount I got (shown in pic). Split 2 fries open to show how undercooked they are. Limp and oily, we tossed ‘em. However, the chicken sandwiches and fried chicken are delicious!

Keith's in south city is open again. The food was excellent as usual. We had shrimp and grits and waffles. I hope all of south city gets out and supports this restaurant. The owner is a great guy and small business owner. Please check this place out.

Drove a long way to check this place out. But they had ran out of most of the sides. The orders were messed up and the food was mediocre. If thinking about going there just look for another place.

I recently tried Keith's Chicken and Waffles, and it's hands down the best I've ever had! The chicken is perfectly crispy, and the waffles are a delightful blend of fluffy and flavorful. What sets them apart is the impeccable seasoning - a true culinary masterpiece. Plus, the affordability makes it a must-visit. Five stars all the way!
Food is great. Waffles and all the other things you eat for breakfast!!! Chicken was very good too. A little pricy but what isn't now a days?

Keith's Chicken and Waffle is the BOMB.COM!!! The chicken is favorable and incredibly delicious. The sides are also good. The yams aren't too sweet, and the collard greens are just right. I forgot to mention, the mac and cheese is delightful!! Not everyone can make a mac and cheese, but Keith, you did it. I usually order online for pick up, and the service is excellent. My order is always ready on time. The ambiance is clean, and the service is excellent.

I ordered the Biggie. The chicken was crisp and flavorful, the waffle was nice and fluffy inside with a nice toast/crisp outside. Could do without the powdered sugar, but definitely not complaining. Will go for the same as well as try other things.The owner/manager was very nice and sociable!
