The service at Starbucks left much to be desired during my recent visit. It was evident that there's a gap in the staff's training, particularly in preparing the drinks correctly. The inconsistency in the quality of the beverages was disappointing, and it was suggested that I purchase additional drinks to rectify the situation, which only added to the frustration. The expectation of buying more to compensate for what should have been delivered correctly the first time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service standards.#ServiceFail

This bux is located in the middle of some office park. I came here to meet up with a group of people. I have to say this is also one of the few bux that allow inside seating since Serramonte got rid of their seating area. Seating is spacious and cafe is clean. There's even a neat little conference room in the back. Staff is nice. Service attentive. Coffee is good. Not watered down. The only weird thing was the lights turned off a few times while we were there. I think lights were set up for motion. If there's no one near the counter it shuts off. One of us had to walk out to the counter for the lights to turn back on.Staff let us sit there as long as we wanted. This is the best bux ever!

One of the most long Starbucks I’ve been to. If there wasn’t such heavy traffic, it’d be the perfect place to work. Love the location. Super close to some really nice food spots and central to many companies in the area.
Good service, friendly and knowledgeable. I Heard about this spot on Yelp, and felt the need to add to how to find the back entrance. The back entrance is near the disabled parking and is identified by a red swite light. Enter go down a short hallway and use the first right door. Then, turn an abrupt right and look for a Starbucks sign next to the door. It can be a little confusing. If you're just stopping by, I dont think they care if you use one of the vacant disabled parking spots (there are a lot of empty spots over there).
This is the best Starbucks. It's always clean, there's never a line, and your coffee is ready in like 30 seconds every time. The workers are so nice too. And my drink is made right every time. 5 stars!

My family and I stayed at a Hotel nearby recently. It was a big relief that this Starbucks was nearby and that it was open on both Saturday and Sunday! It made our stay in the area a lot more pleasant with this excellent coffeehouse nearby. Very good ambience and seating both indoor and outdoor with great view of all the spanking new Biotech companies all around. Friendly staff and good service.
