It took 32 minutes for the food to arrive, even though it was obvious that the place wasn't busy. I wasn't keeping track, but noticed that my receipt (left in empty glass long before any food came) was timestamped 8:09. Meal arrived at 8:41. Nobody was rude, but just a lackluster impression of the place after the slow service.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger with onion rings and cheese

The dinner experience at The Landing was a pleasant surprise. We went in without much expectations only because we were staying at their hotel. However the food was delicious and the service was extraordinary at fairly decent prices. The wild mushroom soup and garlic shrimp are must try. Chicken wings was good. Butter chicken was ok but not very appealing to my Indian expectations.

Stayed at the double tree by Hilton hotel nice hotel must I add with a restaurant okay.. So I made my way to the landing my last night there cute romantic spot but I went alone lol. I asked for the popular drink which I think it's called the flight very strong okay they don't not play .. I also ordered the pesto chicken sandwich it was good but it needed more pesto sauce also wanted to add the fries did not come with this dish I order the truffle fries which was delicious. Price wise a little pricey great and fast service

I will start off by saying that the service is great. From the host to the wait staff - they were very attentive and extremely nice without being over bearing. Ambiance was really nice too. That being said, the food is just not very good. We ordered from the happy hour menu and got steak and fries, garlic shrimp, spicy tuna poke and the chicken wings. Everything was pretty bad. The wings were over sauced and looked like they were microwaved. The steak was over cooked even though we asked for medium rare and the seasoning did not complement the steak at all. It was more herby than anything. The shrimp tasted like frozen shrimp that they quickly sautéed in garlic butter. The poke probably has the best flavor but the portion was so small and the fish was cubed so tiny - it was more like a tuna tartare than a poke. We thought we would give this place a try since we loved Houlihans so much (what it was prior to The Landing) but will prob not eat there again.

We came here on a Wednesday evening and the bar was full, and the table seating filled up shortly afterwards, too. We sat at a nice corner booth with views of the elegant decor, but the ambiance was tarnished a little by some patrons who kept laughing very loudly at the bar.We had the Moroccan Spiced Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini, and the New York Steak with garlic confit marble potatoes and broccolini. Both were impeccably prepared and big winners as far as taste and presentation goes!Service was a little slow, although understandable because they were very busy, but it would have been nice if our server checked on us once or twice to see if everything was okay. Also, the door to the bathroom door stuck and was hard to open, and there was no soap.Overall, I recommend this restaurant for the good food and ambiance, but it can be a little loud if crowded, and you may need to wait longer for service.

Surprised to find good food at an airport hotel. Service was good as well. Tried Mushroom Soup and the green shrimp curry. Both were excellent.

Very upscale modernist-decored eatery inside the Doubletree Hotel. Overpriced? No doubt it is, but they do offer some interesting entries. The Caesar salad was very tasty, but they went overboard on the dressing. Too much. The Impossible Texas Burger was impossible to eat without getting it all over the place. The bun wasn't worth it, so I put it aside and ate the inner mushroom and fake meat patty. The mushroom was great. The impossible meat tasted like cereal that had been given a meat flavor.Butter chicken is probably the best item on the menu! Perfect with its rice accompaniment. All in all, good sized portions at relatively high prices. But....this is San Francisco. Please note the photo: I had breakfast the next morning and this was my 3" granola bowl!! Not so good...

We enjoyed our dinner here! The grilled New York steak was very tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the grilled broccolini and garlic confit marble potatoes were well-seasoned and very tasty. The Ruben (corned beef with sauerkraut with melted Swiss cheese on toasted marble rye) was savory and delicious, and the skin on steak fries were so good! Lightly salted, and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There are three seating sections: the atrium, bar, and the main restaurant area. The restaurant was comfortable and quiet. Very clean restrooms are located across the hotel lobby, down a plush carpeted hallway. We highly recommend The Landing Restaurant for its friendly service, comfortable ambiance, and delicious food!

Inside the Doubletree hotel. Wine was not chilled (told it would be a few minutes while they chilled it) and water for hot tea was lukewarm, even when requesting an additional pot of hot water. Had plenty of staff yet service was sporadic. Food was tasty but not as described on menu. Fairly pricey even when splitting entrees. Convenient if you are staying at the hotel, otherwise many good restaurants a quick uber ride away.

All staffs are great except for Mr scott, the fnb manager who is ill mannered impolite , uncourteous. Just but-in while having a conversation with the FO manager. He was not in uniform, no name tags and never introduced himself while talking the " real FO manager" coming out from no where. Worst experience ever with MR. SCOTT. You dont deserve your position. Trained him more!

It's a nice airport hotel. So you will hear planes. It's paid parking as seems to be standard for the area. The hotel has been renovated nicely and the room was clean and comfortable. But a constantly running toilet, and a mold smell made me have to change my room. Fridge in the room but no microwave. Stall shower. Not really close to food or shopping. But convenient to the airport and 101 price was pretty standard for an airport hotel.
