Unfortunately it did leak bit not all over everything else. And once place on the counter ot was all over my counter. ? No big deal. Everything was perfectly packaged fresh & not cold. I enjoy panda house &usually pick up but today just wasn't feeling like driving. I'm truly happy they survived the pandemic shutdown & continued to thrive. Definitely recommend to many.

The food is so awesome, but sadly I will be giving them 1 star for their customer service's. I ordered my food 2-3 hours in advance, and upon coming to pick up my order it is not ready. It's been almost an hour and I'm still waiting, the sad part about this is....... People have been waiting here before me for over 2 hours and hasn't been served. I've asked for a refund, and was also told that they have no idea how to do that. At the moment, they are only taking on line orders, and making people wait by the register for hours to place an order.

This is the worst Chinese food establishment ever! I can't even call it a restaurant because I can barely walk through the door! The food is like cardboard and they never get my order right. When they do it tastes like the sidewalk out front. They are very rude and they love to yell for no apparent reason. They will take your money without giving you your food and it is incredibly unhygienic in there! Not to mention the wait time, I swear I waited 1 hour just for it to be cold and have zero flavor.

There was no one in the restaurant, we ordered a Togo order & was told 5 minutes. 27 minutes later our order was filled. Successful businesses use the motto under promise & over deliver. This place is short of this, the shame is this a regular for my wife & I, we have never experienced this from them.I would no longer recommend them.

2/4 dishes ok but the combo plate was extremely salty to the point it was inedible.
We've been coming here for a few years now. It's not a fancy place but it's clean and casual. The staff is friendly and the menu has many options. The salted pepper pork chops are amazing! Every time I have gone there I have tried something different. Everything I have had has been yummy. They do a lot of carry out orders but we always like to eat there. And for us, we love that it is close to home.

Doing 2 stars, only because the food was pretty decent. My friend and I were the only ones there to try it at dine in. The person who took our order, had a slightly hard time taking our order, almost messed it up. My friend had lipstick on his glass, asked for another one and was responded to rudely, second glass had something inside it and gave water instead of a soda. Had to get up to get their attention for our check, we did not feel like the quality of service warranted a tip. So when we went to sign, the worker stated, "oh you forgot tip" we stated we are not tipping at which point asking why we didn't tip, and we explained, but still insisted that we should tip.So I do not recommend you do any dine in here, if anything order to go, because as stated the food was actually decent.

Don't want to give even one star to this restaurant, but apparently can't post without giving at least one. Don't know where all these glowing comments of Panda house came from, but the food was absolutely horrible. We each got a combination plate, one being sweet and sour pork and the other seschuan chicken. The fried rice was awful. Not sure how to describe it. Tasted old. The butterfly shrimp was way overcooked and very dry. The pineapple and other veggies in the sweet and sour pork had a soapy taste. I'm a clean plate sort of guy and this is the 1st time dining out where i left almost all the food on the plate. We got takeout from this place during covid and it was very good. We told the waitress about the awful food and she told us that the chef is new. She did give us 10% off the bill . We wanted a full refund(yes it was that bad), but were told that the manager wasn't there. Will never go back to this place. Should have heeded the biggest red flag when we entered, The place was empty. We were the only ones there.
