terrible experiences here recently. this location used to be good and I don’t know what happened. while I was waiting for my food, I saw one of the crepe chefs drop a cooking utensil on the floor, pick it up and continue using it — HUGE violation of health standards. I also wanted a breakfast burrito (it was on the menu) but they said they weren’t offering breakfast menu items when nowhere on the menu does it say that. they made my sandwich wrong multiple times (also the quality of the bread and other ingredients has decreased significantly??). the chai latte was WAY too sweet. they refused to give me a cup of water for free and made me wait in the long line to pay 25 cents. horrible customer service in my opinion.

I have never gotten a drink that I could actually finish, nevermind enjoy. The quality is so low I often throw them away. Any vegan drinks with oat milk are so watery I wonder how they even managed to make it so badly. Just got a black tea and it taste horrendous, like watery old coffee and a little black tea?I'm not wasting my money here anymore on drinks. It's just not worth it. So disappointing.Their food is good. I like the salads so I'll give two stars.

Wow ? fantastic coffee! Their oat milk latte (my standard of comparison) was farrrr better than all the places with big names and big egos downtown. Plus they were super speedy.

Coffee is good and all sitting is outside. If you get a good day, it's a great place to chill out and chat with friends on

Convenient due to its location, but not much else going for it. Also pretty overpriced for what it is, but often the only choice. Service is super slow, and often inconsistent. This morning, I ordered a tea with honey (it didn’t have honey in it) and a bagel with a side of cream cheese. It took fifteen minutes to get tea and a bagel, much longer than it reasonably should have, and it’s clear that Coupa is prioritizing online orders over people who are physically present. Tons of drink/food orders went out and sat on shelves for people who weren’t there while I was waiting for my small, simple order.

I waited 15 minutes today after ordering a hot chocolate for my drink to be ready. There were only a few people in line, but meanwhile over 20 drinks were prepared for online orders. These drinks stacked up on the counter while we human beings stood around and waited. The cafe needs a better system to prioritise customers who are physically present. Perhaps dedicate separate staff for preparing IRL and online orders? It doesn’t make sense to process online orders as they are received when the customers are not there to pick them up, and others are left waiting. :(

Coupa is one of the favorite coffee shops around the Palo Alto area. This location is inside the university campus and convenient for visitors too.Parking: Parking is available across the street. It's a paid Park Mobile parking which you can pay for using the Park Mobile app. It's around $5 per hour.

Healthy and reasonably priced paninis right on campus, not too far of a walk from most of the science/engineering buildings. Order ahead or you will likely be waiting 10-15 minutes during the lunch rush, understandably. Could be improved by adding a touch to the side salad provided with the panini, such as croutons or other small salad topper that the meal feels like it is lacking. Otherwise great place for lunch!

Great food hope they continue the quality!

Decent cafe option if you're near the Stanford engineering quad. The coffee and drink options are all good--- so are the sandwiches and salads. I'm not a big fan of their arepas; I find them dry and flavorless. I also strongly dislike their breakfast sandwiches and burritos, which contain an excessive amount of overcooked and under-seasoned scrambled eggs. I don't understand how any self-respecting food establishment can serve those monstrosities to people. In short, stay away from the eggs and you'll be fine. I also recommend ordering through their app because the lines can get long.

I got the tiger chai, but be specific if you want your drink cold as they default to hot.AlsoOrder ahead...line to order is long and with one cashier it takes a bit.
