Lathrop Library Reviews
Lathrop Café is decent. It has lovely staff, decent coffee, good cookies and pastries made in store, and loads of quiet space to work and talk. A lot of students and professors use it for casual interviews, working on laptops, things like that. It's clean, spacious, quiet, and friendly. The cooked food, however, is really not great. I like the breakfast sandwich, but otherwise I'd generally avoid it. I go to Lathrop a lot, but rarely eat there. I think you should do the same.
It's a great place to work long hours with very helping and friendly people and staffs around. Media suits are very limited though and the technical support is not for multimedia problem solving. But its very homely and perfect to work alone. Its nothing like the MIT media lab. Its Stanford's own little place gwith a techlounge.

They also have ramen and pho! Which are next on the...read full review
