I love Peruvian ceviche and I always get it from Chicama whenever I’m craving it! I’ve been here twice and both times the service has been amazing. It’s a small restaurant located in the corner of the lot. Parking can get full since they share the plaza with multiple other restaurants but people are coming in and out fairly quickly. There weren’t a lot of people at 6 pm on a Saturday night but this place deserves more visitors bc their food really is delicious!

Wanna support a local restaurant but I was disappointed. Only 2 tables but I had to wait 20 mins for the food. Both of my dishes were super salty. Maybe I picked the wrong day to come when they messed up the salt instead of sugar.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch with high expectations and was terribly disappointed. We were the only party there. Limited parking. Cool restaurant decor. Nice service.Chicken tamale $9- little to no filling with a bunch of masaLomo saltado- rice was super hard and unflavorful, fries were soft, whole dish lacked in flavorEmpanadas- got 2 beef and 1 chicken, both were goodI've had green sauce in various places and the sauce here wasn't goodUnfortunately, I would only come here for some empanadas.

I always call ahead for pick up and aways got what I ordered- except once.Their prices are a little high but not too many of them so supply and demand reign Supreme.I would recommend trying it out. It's pretty authentic.Vegetarian options: Not too many vegetarian dishes but they accommodated.Parking: Parking lot too small.

Delicious, authentic Peruvian food, best alfajores around. Cozy atmosphere, but a tough highway spot to stop at. So worth it.

Best Peruvian food in Orange County!! This coming from someone that partially grew up in Peru and my Abuelita's cooking is the gold standard in which I weigh against.

this restaurant is my go-to when i am working in cypress and i have never had a prior complaint. however, today the dish that i have picked up for lunch was really salty. usually, there would be chunks of the beef but this time around the beef was cut into thin slices. just a bit disappointed..

I wanted to like this place, I unfortunately I cannot recommend this establishment. The food literally was spoiled. I made the mistake of picking up the food, the car smelled horrible when I got home from the stench of the food. I still have it a try, maybe it was the spices they used. Two bites in, combined with bad smell and I threw my whole plate away. It's wasn't cheap either, i should have gone to Pollo Inca or El Rocoto. It's a shame that the owner was okay with packing the food and had took no pride to give a great dish, i should have taken the empty place as a sign.

Incredibly rude. Don't bother. Take your money elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Stumbled upon this place. Hidden gem! Can't wait to return. Parking isn't great, but the food and service makes up for it.

It's a small hole in the wall restaurant, but it's worth the stop to eat. Been here a few times, good service, good food and reasonable prices.

Don't judge this little hole in the wall by it's cover! This is, hands down, the best authentic Peruvian food in Orange County. Possibly the best empanadas in Orange County too! It's small and family owned, but the food is all sooo good, and the ingredients are fresh, which is very important with all the tasty seafood dishes. You can tell that the owner takes pride in his restaurant, and you can taste it in the food. My favorite things are the empanadas, beef saltado, and the chaufa. All this is best when washed down with a Golden Inca Cola! I honestly can not say enough good things about this restaurant, it's one of the places I bring new friends to surprise them with amazing food! When I can't come in, I order this for third party delivery, and staff always makes sure it's packed well for the travel with sauces.
