The prices are outrageous! Food is ok. Cashier didn’t speak English. Couldn’t answer basic questions. Soda machine didn’t fully work. Not a great visit here.

I came here after work and the chicken is great! I got the half chicken with mash potatoes and rice with flour tortillas perfect combination and the salsa always so fresh and cold. Thank you el pollo loco!

I visited el pollo loco today and they were very fast and I ate my food hot and fast lobby is clean. There chicken and macaroni are my favorite. The people working is always so helpful they have good positive attitude. This the reason it has become my favorite el pollo loco of all times. It's very busy but always worth the wait.
Stopped and got a combo that included a side salad. They didn't give me any dressing bc he said it doesn't come with dressing. So I told him I didn't want it then bc I'm not a rabbit and don't eat lettuce without dressing. He asked me what side did I want? I want a refund. I don't want the order at all. He gave me some dressing. Now how hard was that? We need to do better training these kids on customer service.

Ordered the beef quesadilla, and was sooo disapointed i paid $10.00, and it was cold, no avocado, and the cheese wasnt even melted, flat, what a disappointment!...never ever again!!

The employee that work here r very rude and I normally would never say that since I work in the food industry. I had to wait for 15 minutes for one of the employee to open the bathroom and she kept ignoring me when I kept asking for stuff like fork, napkins and other stuff so I had to ask more than once. Then she kept saying that they didn't have salsa what Mexican place does not have salsa. They kept having us the wrong sauce and acted like they didn't understand me at all. I felt discriminated
