OMG!!! As a senior citizen we can get a bit grumpy but...85C knows how to treat customers, the atmosphere was peaceful, workers Very helpful and patient, most of all their treats are delectable. I Will return and all that I know about this place.
Amazing Bakery, worth coming and trying. My wife has been here with the kids 15 times. There are so many options for everyone.The prices are great and well thought about. Allows you to get a lot of items.It's usually packed when we go in the afternoon. The line to pay can be long but flies by. There might be a few times the items wanted are out, but they restock pretty quickly.There is plenty of parking. However, it can be difficult to find. Lincoln Center is a busy shopping center.Parking: There is plentiful parking, however it's a busy shopping center near a busy road.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap ♿️ parking and a ramp to get up on the walkway.

I like 85C, their bakery are so good, I always stop by to get some wherever I go since there’s none near where I live. For this location, no doubt the bakeries are good too since they are part of 85C franchise, but I think they should improve their customer service. I went today with my little girl, the lady cashier has zero smile on her face. I bought three boxes, she handed me my receipt and called next customer at the same time. I know 85C is usually busy so they wanted quick turnaround but today the line is not that long, her doing so gave me very little time to pack and leave which seems very inconsiderate and put me at a very awkward situation. I went to many 85C bakery before and they are usually good and this is the first time I complaint about their customer service.

I love 85 degree, everything is good. I usually go in the morning before work and the workers are very welcoming. I went in the evening a couple of time and it’s as if they don’t want to deal with customers which I understand because they’re probably tired and all but there’s one specific worker who was unprofessional in my point of view. I always get a drink every time I go and the workers in the morning will blend the drinks good and if there was a mistake, they’ll be professional about it. When I go in the evening (this happened many times but I didn’t say anything), for the one time there was still many full ice chunks in my drink unblended so I asked nicely for them to reblend it and they took it. As I said on top, this specific lady worker who looks 19-22 and Filipino with no name tag wanted to make a comment out loud with an attitude thinking a smile will hide it. If I wasn’t professional about it and let my ghetto side come out, things would’ve gone down in front of everyone because if you wanted to make a comment, come upfront and say it to me if you’re unsatisfied about something. I took my drink and left because my anger was rising and it would’ve gotten ugly. It’s part of your job to accommodate your customers when needed. Everywhere you work at, that’s what you have to do and deal with. Secondly, I see all the ladies workers have their hair tied up and her’s was just clips up with hair still flying all over the place, not wearing a hat neither.

Love love love this place. I love desserts but if I'm not up to baking my own it can really break the bank but coming here really helps. You can come by and fill up a whole trey of desserts and only leave $20 lighter. The selection between sweet and savory is always pretty even and I have QUITE a few favorite. I also like that the room temp stuff is self serve so you can take your time and decide with no pressure. They even post a brief description of taste and ingredients and calorie count so it's easier to make decisions. My favorite has always been the cream cheese jalapeño roll. I just pop that bad boy in the air fryer and pop out essays like nobodies business. As you move to the front they offer a selection of items in a cold case from slices of fresh made cakes and cups of jelly's. I will say that some of the cakes tend to be a little dry but the blueberry cheesecake is heavenly and none of them are overly sweet. Staff is friendly and efficient and are great at gauging what the appropriate amount small talk is, they never overstep but never seem cold. Love this place!
