This place has the best customer service. The food is always fresh and best of all the spice level is perfect. I always stop by to grab a meal whenever I'm in town!! 10/10 recommend

I usually don't opt for raw fish but my girlfriend introduced me to this place and I didn't know that they had so many grilled options. The food is very good and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I have tried the garlic grilled salmon dish and even had some of my gf's tuna poke and it wasn't bad. They offer samples and are able to describe different sauces to suit everyone's taste. I was bummed that they no longer serve their spicy crab as that is what initially made me want to come to this place. Other than that, five stars.

My experience here was horrible. When I arrived I was the only person in the restaurant. I patiently waited in line while the two girls refilled all the sides and cleaned up. Another person came in and they helped them before I was helped at all. After the customer left I still didn’t get any help or a greeting now i’ve been inside for 20 minutes waiting. I decided to leave, i’m very upset with the service here. Marissa’s customer service sucks and she has a bad attitude. She shouldn’t be dealing with customers and hopefully they make some improvements with the staff. ??

These employees are very knowledgeable about their products. It was my first time here and my food was delicious. I really liked the tuna luua and spicy crab. They have special lemonades and teas which compliment the food very well.

We went here yesterday. The customer service wasn't good at all. They weren't rude but not welcoming either. It was like my presence was a bother. We had poki bowls and spam musubi. Not a lot of flavor, nothing special. The musubi was good though. however will most likely not return. I am surprised at the high rating.

Didn't rate the food because I didn't taste it yet. Based on the service, I don't even want it. I went there on 15 September 2023, about 15 mins ago, around noon.I was going to say that they lack customer service but someone on the opposite ethnicity came in behind me and they were just fine. My food also sat there next to the register while the women "worked" on the next person's order behind me. If I had time I would have left and went somewhere else. I definitely won't come back.

I used to like this place when they first opened. Since then the employees have changed and seems subpar. the last 2 times I've been in the asian girl with the bleach colors in her hair helped me, she doesn't seem to be very happy or like her job. I don't think I'll be returning for a while.

The pole bowls are great but I swear every time I order it feels like the staff is making a bowl for the first time and even though I order the same thing every time i always get something different. It would help if their menu wasn't so confusing. Also maybe it's just me but I always feel like they look upset when I don't leave the suggested 20 percent tip, which is super awkward.
