I was struggling to decide what to eat for lunch and randomly thought of Alberto's off El Dorado. I had the urge to get a quesadilla only to see they don't sell them so I settled for a chicken taco plate. The price was kinda high (about $16.00) which included a credit/debit card fee of $0.50. Ugh....That part sucked to see on the receipt as I drove away. When it came to the flavor, I just felt the tacos were lacking. I got them with soft shells which fell a part right when I picked them up. They were massively stuffed with lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese...Maybe I'm just so used to tacos with onions, cilantro and salsa that my tastebuds weren't having it. The rice and beans were pretty good. What pulled it together was the salsa verde on the side. I ended up throwing one of the tacos away... All in all, I was not impressed and won't be returning. I didn't get chips with my plate as the picture on the menu had. Just a blah experience. Adalbertos off of Hammer is way better....

Disgusting drive through people work there give you ham instead of beef in ur burrito when you order a steak burrito # 25 on the menu...this is no ordinary mistake it's religious reasons I don't eat that they new what they were doing I'm a regular there and I get same thing every time I go there, it seems they don't like other religions or maybe they don't like just mine which I wear on my face, my accent and my name on atm card ...... when I brought this to their attention it didn't matter to them they just gave me a replacement that I threw away....I honestly do feel violated this is just not right

Very bad experience, cooks were picking their noses , while working serving food , the drive thru woman very disrespectful and rude , ask for the owners number to file ah complaint, they give a paper with another employee who was even more rude and disrespectful than the restaurant employees! First and las time I go to this place ! Hopefully health department will close this worthless place

I got a cheese enchilada a beef taco combo, and the cheese was not melted at all. Pretty much they just threw cheese in a tortilla and made it look like a enchilada. Horrible!
