Last Sunday, March 31st, after church we had lunch at The Sizzler in Stockton, Ca., and I ordered the half rack of ribs with fries. Today after church we had lunch at Applebee's in Stockton, Ca., and I ordered the half rack of ribs with fries. Although at Applebee's, the price was $5.00 less, the Sizzler ribs were a lot better. Sizzler ribs were more tender and juicy. At Sizzler, I was able to separate each rib and remove the meat off the bone with just the fork only. At Applebee's, I had use my fork and knife to separate each rib and hold each rib with both hands and bite the meat off the bone. I won't order ribs at Applebee's anymore. Sizzler is my suggestion if anyone wants ribs.

Very disappointed with this location never have i experienced being sat down and not helped they didn’t even take our drinks order got there at 10:10 was sat almost right away and 30 minutes passed by and still no one was helping us the tables that got there after us were helped right away so i don’t understand why we weren’t helped the waiters would walk very fast past us we couldn’t even wave them downVery disappointed since we wasted time sitting down when we could’ve ate somewhere else before it got too lateI hope this is something that they try and work on to not happen again

AMAZING! I haven't always had good experiences but MARIANA was absolutely amazing! A breath of fresh air. Super friendly and super attentive. Just the best over all that I have ever had. Thank you MARI for being so wonderful! Oh food was good too lol but MARI made it all worth it!
Service is terrible. We walked in asking the host questions about the waiting list and she responded with an attitude. Definitely did not eat here. Get better workers with better customer service. 3/3/24 1:00
My wife and I waited an hour after ordering for our food. We asked the waiter to go check to see how much longer it would be on our food and he comes back to tell us that the cooks lost the ticket with our order on it. When the food finally came out, I ordered waffle fries they smelled and tasted like cinnamon. Which probably means they were cooked in the wrong oil. The manager only took $12 off our ticket for all of this. Totally disappointing and never going back.

Table was dirty and sticky. My beer had something black floating in it and when I told the server she looked like I was bothering her with it so I didn't tell her anything else that was wrong. My husband's water glass had a chip out of the rim. Both of our appetizers came out on dirty plates. His burger was not seasoned.

My Server wasn't that great, he literally brought my food and walked off and didn't bother to give us our silverware. Then he walked back and ask us do you need silverware? What! Do you expect us to use our hands? Then my Niece order a to go food, and instead of him handing it to us he literally put the bag in front of my husband like he is invisible and it was almost on his food too. I usually always have awesome waiters but tonight was not it. I understand you might have a long day but you shouldn't treat your guest like that.
