By far the worst service! Constantly having to repeat my order and on top of that it was going to take 15 min to refill the ice cream machine! But the worse part was we found a Mayo label under my burger crazy! I rather drive 20 min to Lodi than come to the one on hammer lane again.

After spending $29 for our food, and waiting 15 mins inside where we ate. Fries were soggy and not even hot, they had NO MUSTARD FOR MY CORNDOG, and the mini corndogs were also not even hot or crispy ( was like they sat under a light all day) we will NEVER BE BACK! a bunch of kids in there that aren't helpful and not paying attention to detail or any means of customer service. What has this place come to? It's a disaster, WHO SELLS CORNDOGS AND DOESNT CARRY MUSTARD???? TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!

Big Oof so I go thru the drive thru and they tell me there’s a wait so I’m like lemme change my order so I don’t gotta wait end up waiting 20 minutes anyway which is weird cuz I’m the only one there I get my order and its missing some stuff so I bring it in and let ‘em know like can I get my stuff and am met with attitude like it’s my fault they messed up kinda odd they had hella people working there and it still took so long 1/10 would not recommend.

Oof, this was a bad one. I went through the drive-thru just to get a root beer. I've never been to an A&W restaurant and wanted to see if the root beer was the same as at the store (it actually is not). They said I'd have to wait a few minutes because they were changing the soda thing (I only kind of know what that means). They asked me to park in the curbside spot. They forgot about me. I sat in that spot for about 25 minutes before I went back through the drive-thru to get my root beer. There were also 2 cars who were waiting longer than me. I'll go back another day and hopefully edit this review to a higher rating.

Tell me why a small Pepsi is 2.99 when the McDonald's across the street you can get a large for 1.49? Workers almost never get my order correct, and are usually rude as well. I love kfc, and the food is always what you expect, but this specific KFC is ghetto.

My family and I have gone a ton of times without any issues, went 2 days ago at 9pm and only two teenage girls working. Both were in the store arguing with each other causing a scene due to backed up drive through. They did NOT provide me a receipt, and then gave me my ice cream items first and asked me to park in the front to wait for the rest. My ice cream was melting while I waited for the food, when they brought out the food, the fries were still raw in the center as if they were rushing to cook the food and took them out early. My burger was also incorrect. The door to inside was locked and the drive through was backed up so I left and called first thing the next day to speak with a manager. Manager refused to offer any remedies because I did not have a receipt - hard to provide one when one was not given to me.. I provided last 4 of card used and offered to physically bring the card in, I also told her the total and exactly what was purchased and she said they can see it in the system but won't refund me because I don't have the receipt (Just for reference, they also have a sign on the window claiming if they don't give you one, your meal is free. So even if I didn't have issues with the quality and accuracy of my order, their own policy stated I should have been refunded) But no, the store manager was extremely rude and condescending and refused to provide me any information to contact the GM. Won't ever be returning to this location. Customer service is essential to customer retention and you should hire people who understand that!

Horrible place.. rude workers basically yelling at you with attitude in drive thru and let me tell you I never leave reviews I go on about my day but this interaction was horrible. I said nothing but please and thank you and on top of all of that I ordered a paper burger and only got 1 patty not 2 and my gf ordered 4 piece tender and they didn’t add everything that was supposed to be in it, it felt like it was on purpose for each meal to be missing something, Your getting paid do your job correctly or find something else

This was my first time eat at A&W. I was promptly greeted with a smile by Martha at the counter. She was quick efficient and very professional. I ordered an A1 combo with a sauce substitute. My food came out almost immediately. It was hot and fresh. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and crisp. The fries were also perfect. I managed a fast food restraint for 6 years and also have extensive experience in customer service both as a representative and a call center manager. Martha is a shift leader and definitely deserves the title if not more. The store was clean and the other employees seemed happy. All of this is a DIRECT reflection on the management at this location. The leadership here is doing it right.I spoke with Martha's manager and was sure to let her know that Martha is doing a great job and that she sets a great example to the other employees. I will definitely be revisiting this location when I'm in the area. This is how you build repeat customers! ?? Please consider giving Martha a raise and/or a promotion because she is an absolute asset to your business. You don't find talented and motivated employees like her often.Thank you!

Customer service here is awful. Yelling at us through the speaker in the drive through rushing us to order. And very quick to throw your food in our window. Messed up our order and continued to say no add on through the window when we paid for our items shown on our receipt. Take the drive to Lodi to get your food.

No i didn't go here. I saw other yelps and the restaurant adds on website and nothing but the root-bear float was the only appealing item. Also passed by the entire weekend I was in Stockton and we assumed it was closed as it seemed empty and closed until we saw a car in the drive thru. When there is no cars at a restaurant or in the driveway that says a lot about the place.

Terrible service, we ask the person taking our order to please add the two water cups to our order, she didn’t add the cups to the order as we seen on the Receipt. We ask ask the lady at the pickup order station for the water cups she said go to the filling station but she never gave us the water cups to get water. The tenders were room temperature didn’t taste fresh and we had to ask for sauce since they didn’t put It In our bag(we paid for the sauces.

Went there with my dad and both got root beer floats and there was a piece of plastic in my root beer! My dads root beer tasted like water. Never going here again. Go to the one in Central Lodi, way better, one of the first A&W root beer places and good service. Over 100 years of service.

I just called. Their dining room closes at 8:00 PM. They stop taking takeout orders at 7:40 PM!I don’t know who updated the hours two weeks ago but they’re not correct!
